If at all, some more details around the following would be nice, but fundamentally not required.
- what "Nouns participating as one of our ecosystem and go-to-market partners." is supposed to entail and do. What is the actual "participation"?
- if there is no transactional value exchange, what is the difference going to be in the "governance proposal"?
The DAO doesn't need to recognize Nudge as anything specific and there is no benefit to be realized for a proposal with no actual transaction.
If they want to be affiliated to the DAO and have proof for that, there are 2 options:
1) buy a Noun from the daily auction
2) buy a Noun on secondary market
#1 is highly recommended for a fresh start, given the context of the players of this proposal.
Apart from that, Nudge seems to be dormant all over:

- last upload to youtube a year ago
- last telegram message on March 03, 2025
- last post released on behiive on May 29, 2025
With this context, it's not clear how two sleepy and tired partners are going to cross-polinate at all.
