First of all let me say this is truly an interesting story, Vinyl artwork has had a popular resurgence in the last 10 years and telling this story through the medium documentary film could be a good opportunity for the right org. However there are a few things that feel misaligned to me about Nouns funding it.
+ 1 to the sentiment of a few others here, @juar.eth and @peterpan distribution is key to successful launch of any kind of media production and I don't see a real distribution plan or concrete partnerships in place to get this out to the public.
2nd how does this serve the mission of making Nouns a more aligned and builder focused ecosystem ? There is some vague assumption that having Nouns attached to this doc will bring prestige and attention to the DAO, but this is only "IF" it gets completed and when it gets the distribution kicks in, which is a BIG "if "IMO.
On the flip-side there are many companies who would be great production partners for such a short film + their audiences would be a much better candidates to consume the final product, I'll list a few:

In closing this is something I see happening quite often "Slap a Noun" on it, to fund an interesting but albeit misaligned project, for that reason I would vote No.
