If anyone isnt familiar with Nekofar / Milad / Lulu I encourage you to ask around. Interactions with him are always challenging and make building in public frustrating. I have not received any funds from client incentives and have no claim to any funds held by Nouncil.
Most of his points are disingenuous. Nekofar has used Nerman governance extensively for a long time, proudly maintaining a 100% participation rate in Nouncil over hundreds of polls. He builds with the APIs we offer, participates in communities Ive founded, and after leaving feedback on this proposal went to Nouncil discord and voted on all of the recent Nouns DAO proposals through Nerman. He is fully aware of the bots utility.
He makes one valid point. I will not work with him. Nekofar can join the communities I create, use the tools I build, but he is not welcome on any team I am part of.
Nerman gov is targeting Discord as a platform, rather than trying to build another Agora or Tally. The justifications for this positioning are in the proposal and I stand by them.
