I support the merger conceptually, however, the current terms are objectively unfair to RGT holders. While I fully buy in to the core teams' vision for synergy, the current terms were derived in an opaque, illogical, and unprecedented fashion. Please consider being courageous and voting NO so we can negotiate equitable terms in good faith. To do otherwise sets a poor precedent for Fei, Rari, and Defi, generally.
