I am in full support of this proposal, but as my votes will not contribute to the overall result, I wish to acknowledge many of the faithful Rari Capital community members who have disagreements with the terms of this deal. They are the most loyal of our base and will hopefully carry their zeal into the future, where Rari Capital and Fei work together as a DeFi juggernaut.

While I fully buy in to the core teams' vision for synergy, the current terms were derived in an opaque, illogical, and unprecedented fashion. Please consider being courageous and voting NO so we can negotiate equitable terms in good faith. To do otherwise sets a poor precedent for Fei, Rari, and Defi, generally.
