didn't see your email address. I liked your Slack! I installed it too. Very well done.
My thoughts on the project - since I posted it I explored a simpler wallet less solution because high TX costs with BTC could kill the idea of small payments ($7 for a $200 payment is just not reasonable). So allow for other currencies such as ETH for example.
The encrypted storage would be user.id -> ETH: /address BTC; address maybe even FIAT accounts. Payment would be off-slack but confirmation via a lookup on etherscan or blockchain info etc...
I was looking at botkit. Whether it would be good to build a generic solution not just Slack based.
