# Cares: A Decentralized System for Sustainable DAO Growth

## What is Cares? Why does it exist?
Right now, top projects in the space are making strong, concerted pushes in the current bull market with clear brand strategies, consistent storytelling, and coordinated external activations, often backed by full-time teams.
Nouns, by contrast, has decentralized creativity and raw momentum, but lacks the connective tissue to coordinate across proposals, campaigns, global brands and commercial partnerships.
Cares exists to fill that gap: not as an 'agency' in the traditional sense, but really as a decentralized operating layer that helps the DAO execute, return value, and stay culturally present, both onchain and IRL.

With over 10+ years building and creating onchain, we’ve helped bridge the gap between creativity, commerce, and technology and supporting public goods with Coinbase, Amazon, Opensea, Zora and, of course, Nouns.
**Since joining the DAO, our team has:**

The Nouns x Michelin Passport is a collaboration between Nouns DAO and Michelin’s 3xplorer initiative.
Our team has been working on the development of the pass and program directly with Michelin since early 2024, navigating the various steps and internal processes that have successfully led to program approval.
The objective is to drive community engagement through digital passes, exclusive events, NFTs, merchandise, and creative activations, fusing Michelin’s cultural prestige with Nouns' Web3 ethos.

The Nouns x Michelin Passport combines iconic branding and Web3 mechanics to deliver unique user benefits. Each digital pass offers:
- Priority Invitations: Front-of-line access to Nouns + Michelin experiences and product launches.
- Event Access: Curated dinners, immersive workshops, and exclusive merchandise.
- Gamification: Badge and quest systems integrated into Michelin’s existing M3C framework.
