I ultimately believe this proposal is good. The Park are super nounish, great at executing IRL events, and FWB Fest is one of those crypto culture Schelling points that Nouns can gain a lot by having a presence at, if successful. Chris's testimonial about FWB Fest's impact on Builder also makes me more confident that this is true.
For these sorts of things I am not too concerned with the specifics of the budget. It's more of a "grant them $X and let them cook" situation in my head - which I feel comfortable doing.
