# PTIP-93: Migrate V3 and V4 Treasury into Mainnet V5
# Summary
With the Launch of V5 on Mainnet the protocol now has the ability to migrate our Treasury that is still in V3 and V4 into the new Mainnet deployment.
# Motivation
The Treasury still holds over 500k in funds that can earn yield and generate prizes. Currently the funds are not earning any yield or are earning it for the older versions. Depositing those funds into the V5 Mainnet deployment allows us to bootsstrap it and provides indirect incentives without spending any new funds directly.
