for future nounboarding (⌐◨-◨), i would like to formalize some structure for awarding nouns. a simple "vote for 50%+ of props during 3 months to unlock" seems both reasonable and fun for the new members. sure they can still "spam vwrs" to unlock but if that's the case, we didn't do enough dd prior to.
