This project places more emphasis on the characters than on the form that highlights Noggles. Instead, the characters will be incorporated design-wise into the graphics on the t-shirts, additional props, and packaging. I believe that many excellent character designs are hidden behind glasses. I like Nike sneakers. However, I do not buy them based solely on the brand. I consider whether I will wear them or collect them. I think this would not hold much significance for someone who does not know Noggles. That is why I have focused primarily on the characters and toys.
I believe that thinking the brand image would be too weak without Noggles is actually a marketing contradiction.
We are targeting the Taipei Toy Fair not only because it is the event with the highest foot traffic, but also because it is the best venue to showcase our products with a standalone booth. The event where I listed the prototype (resin toy) is a relatively smaller event, featuring a table-style booth. Since I am personally handling the schedule, I will do my utmost to complete the Taipei itinerary. Because my base is located in Korea, which is close to Japan, I also have plans to visit the factory in person if any issues arise. If a major problem occurs with the schedule, I am always prepared to find alternative solutions, as I remain active in the toy scene.
It is true that we lack distribution and sales strategies. If calculated solely in terms of numbers, this is a significant issue. This proposal focuses more on marketing than on business aspects.
An explanation is needed regarding the reason for making toys. It is for the same reason that soft vinyl toys are required for toy events. A portion of the vinyl toys will be used for interaction and collaboration with other artists. This proposal aims to attract new artists. Their influx will revitalize the community. In fact, there were quite a few toy artists creating NFTs during the COVID-19 period.
Furthermore, planning an exhibition with them is the next goal.
