Literally wondering if anyone from Nudge even knows about this proposal.. zero signs anywhere. No one from the org could be bothered to comment onchain, on socials, etc? Strange that this is put up by the Breakeven movement "intern," and not someone from Nudge?
How can we vote on this without knowing upfront how "Nudge will formalize the ecosystem partnership with Nouns"?
This feels 'two steps backwards' for a permissionless org... And it's putting the 'cart before the deep fried horse' here, unnecessarily.
I'd also disagree with "Most relationships between DAOs and startups begin with a grant." When most have actually started through a relationship with voters in the DAO, and earned through sweat equity and building with/for Nouns.
We should be building more startups here in Nouns, vs looking for general partnerships.
