# Transfer $LIL to Lil Funding Multisig
This proposal is to send the DAO’s $LIL token that was redeemed from [Prop 109](https://lilnouns.wtf/vote/109) to the [Lil Funding multisig](https://etherscan.io/address/0x9B1d89015F353707241a0f375770ecBdC05c2Ca9) to be distributed for onboarding and marketing purposes by the [Lil funding team](https://lilnouns.wtf/vote/62). Lil funding signers will redeem the $LIL token via [NFTX](https://nftx.io/vault/0x18222a762bf67024193de25e1cdc7aa6e614c695/buy/) to acquire Lil Nouns NFT’s and then discretionarily distribute them when the team feels they will be of value for marketing/onboarding/acknowledging our community builders.
