Every time the contract accumulates CMD fees above a threshold, a 1-hour permissionless auction begins. Any address can bid by sending CMD to the contract. The top bidder at auction end chooses one of three preset burn destinations: burn to address(0), add to locked LP, or fund the next auction prize pool. All losing bids are burned.
