Every time the contract accumulates CMD fees above a threshold, a 1-hour permissionless auction begins. Any address can bid by sending CMD to the contract. The top bidder at auction end chooses one of three preset burn destinations: burn to address(0), add to locked LP, or fund the next auction prize pool. All losing bids are burned. Add an on-chain holding score for each address that increases by 1 point per block for every CMD held and resets to zero on any outgoing transfer or sell. Every 100000 blocks a permissionless function claimLeaderReward() can be called once per cycle and sends a fixed CMD reward from the contract reserve to the address with the highest current score. If the contract holds no reserve, no reward is sent. Emit LeaderRewarded(cycle, winner, score, reward). View functions topHolder() and nextClaimBlock() are available. Buys and incoming transfers do not reset the score.

On every buy, automatically enter the buyer's address into a rolling lottery pool. At the end of each epoch (e.g. every 500 blocks), use the existing Chainlink VRF to select one address from the pool and send it a small prize drawn from a dedicated lottery reserve funded by a fixed 1% sell fee. Each address gets one entry per buy transaction regardless of size. Buys below a dust threshold are excluded. Wallet-to-wallet transfers and sells are not eligible for entry. The lottery reserve accumulates until a winner is drawn; if no buys occur in an epoch the pool carries over.

Design the next CMD contract iteration as a coordination game around avoiding a ‘panic-sell’ state. Implement these rules: Track rolling 1h windows of total CMD sold. If in any 1h window more than 3% of total supply is sold, trigger a ‘panic’ state for the next 6h: All sells during ‘panic’ pay an extra 8% tax. 50% of that tax is burned, 50% is redistributed to addresses that did not sell during the 1h window that triggered the panic. If no panic is triggered for 72 consecutive hours, mint a small reward pool (e.g. 0.05% of total supply, if allowed by the CMD rules) or unlock an existing reward pool and distribute it to all addresses that have not sold in the last 72h, pro-rata to their holdings. All parameters should be chosen to keep gas costs reasonable and avoid griefing via tiny dust trades. Any aspects of CMD that are immutable must remain unchanged.
