I think .54 back to the treasury is fair. But I don't think its only a matter of money. I'm in agreement with some of the comments in the chat. Noun 54 has provenance that I think should be rewarded to someone who is active in our community and has proven some impact. I would like to see the proposer participate in our weekly calls, for instance. Would be an automatic yes for me if that were the case.
