I believe in the power of IRL spaces to inspire people around the world and unite them around a common message and belief. I would love to see a schedule of programs that could be hosted here year-round to compliment the creation of the space. I am confident their are aligned communities in Caracas that would enjoy using the space to promote Nounish values.
The Kismet team has proven on many occasions to be. more than capable of hosting top tier IRL spaces around the world. I am confident they will produce a great event during Farcon in Rome. My personal recommendation is that invitations are sent out to the local community to ensure the space is filled with local and traveling enthusiasts. And to capture as much content as possible to extend the value of the event.
nounify-studioatown's experience in the NFT space, with Foundation/Rodeo, and building Emerge make him the best candidate for executing this vision at a high level. In addition to proliferating Nouns as a cultural signal through social platforms, I think this app can help Nounish artists further distribute their art and monetize it too.
nounify-studioatown's previous work in the nft space, with foundation/rodeo, and emerge prove he's not only capable but is the best person to deliver on this prop at a high level. I welcome new ways to engage creators and get them paid. I also think this is a great way to bring more attention to the Nouns ecosystem through owned media on social channels.
gramajo is consistently showing up for nouns. this reward seems fair based on the work he's contributed.

OnchainCreators™ took our experiment on the road.
Not to a conference hall.
Not to a single venue.
But into a city.
Across Buenos Aires, we hosted two connected activations, the Onchain Creator House and the Onchain Creator Rally. Both were designed to test something we deeply believe:
Culture is the most effective onboarding tool in crypto.
This wasn’t about hype.
It was about creators.
And it was about showing what happens when onchain tools meet real people, real places, and real creative momentum.
What We Built in Buenos Aires
Over the course of the week, creators moved through the city together, meeting, creating, publishing, and learning in public.
No panels.
No “listen quietly” energy.
Just participation.
The result:
100+ people engaged across events and moments throughout the week
25 creators actively onboarded into the challenge
8 original videos created and published
1 glowing article celebrating Nouns culture
$1,500 distributed directly to creators
124 POAPs minted
#214318 - Onchain Creator Rally - Nouns Fair | Collectors: 101
#214316 - Onchain Creator Rally - Graffiti Tour | Collectors: 2
#214314 - Onchain Creator Rally - Jardin Botanico | Collectors: 12
#214313 - Onchain Creator Rally - La Cabrera | Collectors: 11
Those numbers only tell part of the story. The real impact lives in the creators who stepped forward and shaped what onchain media looked like in Buenos Aires.
Nounish Creators Challenge:
At the heart of the Onchain Creator Rally in Buenos Aires were the creators who showed up, experimented in public, and helped bring onchain media to life.
The creator challenge wasn’t about chasing virality.
It was about participation, perspective, and presence.
These creators stood out not because they “won the internet,” but because they captured the spirit of the city and the culture of Nouns in ways that felt honest, creative, and distinctly their own.

Nounish Creators Challenge Spotlight:
Best Video Storytelling: Gnericvibes
Awarded to a creator who used video to document Buenos Aires through a Nouns lens. Blending place, people, and movement into a story that felt both local and onchain-native.
Best Written Piece: Geoff Richards
Awarded for a standout article that celebrated Nouns culture with clarity and heart, turning open media into something readers could feel, not just understand.
Best Cultural Interpretation: Ann Lopez
Awarded to a creator who embodied what the week was really about: remixing culture, collaborating in real life, and showing how an onchain media brand can live far beyond the internet.
Best Use of Onchain Media: Fattybuthappy
Awarded to a creator who most effectively used onchain media to publish, distribute, and contextualize their work, demonstrating how ownership, permanence, and participation can enhance storytelling, not get in its way
Our featured creators along with other winning creators received a share of the $1,500 reward pool. But let's be honest. The real win wasn’t the prizes. It was the proof that when creators are trusted with culture, they deliver.
Why This Mattered for Creators:
For many creators, especially those coming from Web2 or traditional media, the Onchain Creator Rally wasn’t just their first interaction with onchain publishing.
It was their first experience participating in an onchain media brand.
Rather than onboarding creators to tools or abstract concepts, the week introduced them to Nouns as a living, open media ecosystem. One that invites participation, remixing, and ownership through creation.
Creators weren’t asked to “learn crypto.”
They were invited to create inside a cultural system.
What that unlocked:
Low-pressure onboarding into onchain media, not software
A clear creative context to experiment within (Nouns as culture, not product)
Immediate rewards tied to contribution, not speculation
A sense of belonging inside an open, creator-driven media brand
For many participants, this was the first time they experienced onchain media as something they could actively shape, not just observe.
And that distinction matters.
Because once creators see themselves as contributors to a media brand, rather than users of a tool, the leap onchain feels natural.

The Creator Challenge: Participation Over Performance
At the center of the week was a lightweight creator challenge designed to introduce creators to participation through Nouns.
No long briefs.
No over-engineering.
Just prompts that encouraged creators to engage with an open media brand and make it their own.
Creators were encouraged to:
Capture moments from the city
Tell stories through the lens of Nouns
Experiment with publishing culture onchain
For many, this was their first time contributing to an onchain-native media ecosystem.
The Value Returned to Nouns:
Nouns wasn’t just a logo on a flyer.
It was a character in the story.
By partnering with Nouns across both Buenos Aires activations, we helped translate Nouns from an onchain concept into a participatory, creator-led media brand that people could interact with, remix, and build alongside.
What Nouns received:
Organic creator-led content
Direct association with creator rewards
Presence in a new geographic and cultural context
Most importantly, Nouns showed up where creators already were. In the city, with Ethereum-aligned communities, in the creative process.
That’s how Nouns can continue to grow into a culture layer, not just an NFT community.

Buenos Aires as the Canvas
Buenos Aires didn’t feel like a backdrop.
It felt like a collaborator.
The streets, parrillas, conversations, and chance encounters all became part of the output. The city shaped the content, and the creators shaped how onchain culture showed up inside it.
This is the model we’re betting on:
Cities instead of stages
Movement instead of schedules
Culture instead of instruction manuals
Buenos Aires proved something we’ve felt intuitively for a long time:
You don’t onboard creators by explaining crypto.
You onboard them by letting them create with it.
The Onchain Creator House and Rally weren’t endpoints.
They were proof points.
Proof that creators will show up.
Proof that rewards matter.
Proof that brands like Nouns can integrate without flattening culture.
And proof that onchain media doesn’t have to feel technical to be powerful.
More to come soon, including deeper breakdowns, creator stories, and what this unlocked for future cities.
For now, we’ll leave it here:
Culture works.
Creators lead.
And the best onboarding happens in the real world.
I think .54 back to the treasury is fair. But I don't think its only a matter of money. I'm in agreement with some of the comments in the chat. Noun 54 has provenance that I think should be rewarded to someone who is active in our community and has proven some impact. I would like to see the proposer participate in our weekly calls, for instance. Would be an automatic yes for me if that were the case.
+1

the proposal has sound reasoning. im not the biggest fan of reducing quorum, but i do see how this could positively affect the dao.
+1
> lowering the quorum from 10% to 7% decentralizes power by preventing a few large voting blocks from dominating decisions. it's a smart move that empowers smaller holders while maintaining the dao's expansion goals. the current setup creates too much centralization for a community that thrives on distributed ownership.
Thank you to everyone who has been voting For this prop. I think this comment by @shwoundation.eth is worth highlighting and responding to personally. Hope this helps clear up any budget questions others may have +
- Production costs (including van/vinyl design, media coverage/video/photo capture, editing, media materials, etc.): $4,600
- Creator bus costs (including rental, insurance, vinyl print/installation/deinstall, gas/tolls, van-art materials, etc.): $4,950
- Creator costs (including bounties/incentives, minting rewards, etc.): $3,050
- Operational costs (flights, lodging, transport to/from van rental, etc.): $1,900
The budget is lower by $1,000 than the the previous version of this prop as we partnered with two co-sponsors (ETHBoulder + Incented platform) to cover some of the creators costs including bounties/rewards.
We continue to seek ways to increase value to Nouns from this activation. After speaking with ETHDenver stewards directly last week, they offered to feature the Nouns Creator Bus in a prominent location at their venue + integrate the Nounish Creator Rally at their Maker space.
We will be co-curating this space with other Nouners to increase presence of Nouns at zero additional cost.

thanks for your comment, chabudot. this is a nouns specific activation. while we would have liked to have spread the cost of the bus to other partners, we are not featuring any of their branding or messaging. so it was not a good fit for co-sponsorship. that said, we are receiving funding from ethboulder, incented, and refraction to increase the creator rewards pool for the creator rally, which this bus is running from ethboulder to ethdenver.
+1
> 14,500 usd budget is too expensive IMO. Dao should not foot all the bill. We should strive for co-sponsors of event. Make Dao funds as enablers. Think of it as a seed fund to get you started. Voting yes for 3300-3500 usd budget.

>

Due to fluctuations in ETH <> USDC price, and to ensure we can pay the costs of budgeted expenses, we are asking for a fraction more in ETH than appears in the budget. Any unused amount over $2,600 after conversion from ETH will be returned to the Lil Nouns treasury.lil-brew-house-⌐◨-◨
There has been a lot of feedback provided before this prop was put up, and at previous Nouncil calls, where it was recommended that the focus of this prop be strictly on the ETHDenver activation. Adding ETHBoulder is a distraction from what will be a tremendous effort to deliver a Nouns space that will be representative of Nouns. Resubmitting with details on how the hosts will execute the vision would alleviate many concerns. Highly recommend reviewing prop 855 for an example on how to detail the event plan, which having visited it myself, I can assert delivered as envisioned by the proposers.
I voted yes the first time around for Satori. I think he was an excellent ambassador for this role. But I was hoping for at least one change in the current pairing for the next term. Considering that Index was already voted in, I'd like to see someone different as the #2 in this role. From what I've heard, this prop is also not submitted within the timeline defined in the guidelines published ahead of the DUNA admin elections, but I am not taking that into consideration with my vote.
The team behind this prop has proven time and time again to execute at a high level. There are still a few ifs for me on this prop, but I've been convinced of the value it can create. I like seeing a budget put for media production. We need to capture the cool things Nouns is building. I would have also like to see a budget for marketing. What good is content if the world doesn't see it?
This account has done more for Nouns that any other account I can think of on Instagram. They have been supportive and great collaborators of content that features Nounish content. Their amplification ma ytimes 10x engagement. Easy yes from me.
+1
> I try to be active on socials, create content and share community activity whenever i see it and the only way i see Nourish content is because of Lilnouners activity on socials. Most nouns folks are not that great at tagging others in their posts and this crew is amazing at tracking things and tagging people , places and things for all to see. We absolutely need more of this please. and thank you for all you do.
+1
> some of the best marketing for Nouns in the past few years — log in to IG and it’s likely the first nouns acct you’ll see
I agree with some of the comments here for several reasons. I believe in the DAO being open to anyone who can participate in the auction. Raising the cost of entry artificially feels exclusionary. The market should continue to dictate the value of membership. If necessary, I would vote for a more calculated approach like what Gramajo has described.
+1
> This feels like an attack on Nouns governance in an attempt to preserve Breakeven Movement's average buy-in by preventing others from joining and diluting their power at a lower cost.
+1
> Assuming that a floor is allowed, legally. I am not necessarily against a floor (check Nouncil) but 3ETH feels misaligned. What is the model for getting this number. We should have done last 6 months, media value or something along those lines to get a true sense of a floor.
+1
> BV is irrelevant in a world where Nouns is a DUNA and forking is therefore illegal as a form of profit distribution to members
>
> to pipe's point, governance dilution is the design of the protocol. it's fairly natural for the auction price to fall over time as each token is less influential over outcomes. that's what you're buying after all: a vote + membership.
>
> it's not clear what the goal here is; it seems unlikely any real positives come from attempting to fight market forces + the protocol's design by setting a BV reserve price
I am abstaining from voting for wylin as I have selected the two DUNA admins that I would personally like to see filling those roles next year. I don't feel that an against vote is fair as wylin has proven valuable in other areas of the DAO.
I am abstaining from voting for Index as I have selected the two DUNA admins that I would personally like to see filling those roles next term. I don't feel that an against vote is fair as Index has proven valuable in other areas of the DAO.
I am abstaining from voting for JP as I have selected the two DUNA admins that I would personally like to see filling those roles next year. I don't feel that an against vote is fair as JP has proven valuable in other areas of the DAO.

thanks for sharing additional context. i don't know why i thought this prop was to reward you only for eoy awards prop. it should have probably been made more clear here (i didnt read linked prop 902). i recognized your activity and it would be fun to see you rewarded for that effort. i would personally feel more comfortable rewarding you with eth or usdc. but if this prop doesnt pass and you come back with the same prop (include details of your work plz) i would likely vote yes. stay nounish.

I think that the EOY awards was a fun experience for the DAO and it's great to see contributors who make an impact being rewarded. That said, I don't think that gifting a Noun is a commensurate reward in return for that initiative.
I am abstaining from voting for Peterpandam as I have selected the two DUNA admins that I would personally like to see filling those roles next year. I don't feel that an against vote is fair as Peterpandam has proven valuable in other areas of the DAO.
I think it is important that at least one of the engineers that helped establish the DUNA should stay on to help train a second admin and work with them to create systems that make transitioning DUNA admins seamless in the future. I have spoken to him personally and believe he is prepared for the work required to make the second year as a DUNA much more efficient. Finally, something that should be talked about more is that the admin has access to sensitive information shared through Persona. Satori has proven himself trustworthy and worthy of a second term in this role.
I really want to vote yes on this prop. I think Chip and Benny are valuable IP and I'd love to see more episodes created. I trust that Chris and his team can execute new episodes at a high level, however, my concern from the beginning has been on the lack of visibility of this series on YouTube and moreso outside of it. Chris has been great at taking feedback about this, and hope he can come back with a revised prop where we takes a portion of the funds he is requesting for marketing and growth of the show and the existing episodes.
# Nouns Bus
## A Rolling Cultural Activation + IRL Billboard for Nouns
- ETHBoulder (Feb 13–15) + ETHDenver (Feb 17–20)
- Powered by Nouns x OnchainCreators™
- “Do Good, Have Fun” (Colorado Edition)
# Summary:
### This proposal is for a Nouns Bus, produced in collaboration with Onchain Creators™, running across Boulder and Denver during ETH Colorado.
### The bus is not a logo placement or sponsorship asset.
It’s a moving cultural object that brings Nouns values into the real world.
It will function as:
- A **rolling billboard and cultural artifact** traveling Boulder ↔ Denver for \~2 weeks
- An **open canvas** for Nounish community art
- A **creator hub** for filming, storytelling, and Rally Challenge submissions
- **Transportation for Nouns** (capacity permitting) across key conference moments
- A **high-visibility public activation** parked at strategic locations (including ETHDenver & ETH Boulder venues)
- A **mobile Nouns merch hub** where attendees can pick up Noggles, Nounish Friends + more!
- A **curation pipeline** culminating at ETHDenver in collaboration with **Base + Refraction**
This is not just branding — it’s how we **reinforce Nouns culture** and share it with the world through participation, not promotion.
# Why This Matters:
**Nouns is the culture layer of Ethereum. Nouns Bus invites the public into that conversation.**
- A real-world embodiment of: **memes → culture → participation**
- A vehicle for:
- creator onboarding
- cultural storytelling
- community joy + experimentation
# Deliverables:
## The Nouns Bus Concept
**The Bus is the activation.**
A moving media object + cultural symbol.
Key points:
- Drives and parks between **Denver → Boulder → Denver**
- Visible at major conference touchpoints
- Functions as a *recurring set* to:
- record interviews
- capture content
- shoot “bus moments” (arrival, pickup, crowd scenes, etc.)
The bus becomes part of the story, not a sponsor logo passing through it.
## Visibility + Advertising Value + Cultural Reach
### The “2-week billboard”
**For two weeks, the Nouns Bus is a constant presence in Colorado:**
- On roads between Denver + Boulder
- Parked at high-foot-traffic locations
- Regular appearances near ETHBoulder and ETHDenver event venues and prime activations
Key moments include:
- **In front of ETHDenver venue** (major photo + foot traffic opportunity)
- In front of ETH Boulder venues
- Integrated into daily creator movement
- Captured repeatedly across creator content
This is *earned media*, not paid impressions. The bus shows up naturally across creator content again and again.

## Art & Design (Bus vinyl wrap)
**The bus will be wrapped with Nounish illustrations and designs**
- Primary art designed by **[Camilita](https://farcaster.xyz/camilita)**
- Designed as a Nouns cultural artifact, not an ad
- Designed to be photographed, shared, memed
Design elements to include:
- Nouns heads / Noggles motif
- “Do Good, Have Fun”
- ETHDenver + ETHBoulder edition vibe
- QR code for creator rally submissions
## Open Call for Nounish Art (Community Activation)
To extend participation beyond a single artist, we’ll open a **public call to the Nouns community** for Nounish artwork to be featured on the bus.
This turns the bus into a **rolling gallery of community creativity**, not just a wrap.
**How it works:**
- Nouns community members are invited to submit:
- illustrations
- visual art
- playful Nounish expressions aligned with the theme
- Selected works are:
- featured directly on the bus (vinyl panels / windows / interior placements)
- credited to the artist
- documented through creator content during the Creator Rally
The bus reflects many voices, not one.
## Creator Challenge Integration
This is where it becomes **interactive**.
Bus features a large QR code:
**“Submit to the Onchain Creator Rally”**
Challenge theme:
### Do Good, Have Fun
This continues the Rally format successfully tested in Buenos Aires during Devconnect.
Why this matters:
- It’s a living theme, not a one-off slogan. The theme is flexible and human.
- Reinforces Nouns as optimistic, fun, cultural, public-good aligned
- Anyone can participate without needing context or permission
Deliverables:
- submissions minted/published
- selected highlights and winners
- recap content
- “Nouns Bus content gallery”

## Curation & Cultural Showcase at ETHDenver
The Nouns Bus activation culminates at **ETHDenver** with a **curated cultural showcase** presented in a high-traffic location inside the event with our partners ***Base + Refraction***.
This moment brings everything together:
- **Nounish community art** submitted through the open call
- **Camilita's primary Nouns Bus artwork**
- **Creator Rally content** (video, photography, short-form storytelling)
All of it converges into a single, highly visible space that represents **Nouns as culture in motion**.
### What This Creates
- A clear narrative arc:
```
**Community → Creation → Movement → Curation**
```
- A physical space where people can *experience* Nouns culture, not just hear about it
- A moment of recognition for artists and creators who participated throughout the week
Rather than dispersing content across feeds, this showcase **anchors it in one place**, reinforcing Nouns as a cultural center within Ethereum’s largest conference.
## Nouns Merch Hub
Throughout ETHBoulder and ETHDenver, the Nouns Bus will serve as a **mobile Nouns merch hub**, where attendees can pick up:
- **Noggles**
- **Nounish Friends**
Kindly donated by **Bigshot Toyworks (aka Bigshot Klim)**.
This turns the bus into a place people don’t just see — but **interact with and remember**.
### Documented, Not Just Distributed
Every merch interaction will be:
- filmed
- photographed
- shared by creators as part of the Rally
This turns simple giveaways into:
- cultural touchpoints
- onboarding moments
- lasting visual memories tied to Nouns
Merch moments became natural:
- photo ops
- conversation starters
- social content
This approach worked extremely well during the **Buenos Aires Rally**, where merch became a natural entry point into Nouns culture.
We’re expanding on what already works.

# Impact: Nouns as Cultural Epicenter of Ethereum
**The Nouns Bus positions Nouns as the cultural epicenter of Ethereum because:**
- It creates an open canvas for participation
- It becomes a public artifact people gather around
- It funds creators *in the real world*
- It turns memetics into shared experience
This is culture-building work.
Not marketing.
# Budget
**We’re asking Nouns for 15,500 USDC to cover costs for Nouns Bus at ETH Colorado (two-week activation).**
Included:
- Assets:
- Full vinyl wrap
- Daily presence at major venues
- QR challenge
- Creator content activation
- Transportation (capacity permitting)
- Recap content package
- Artist commission
- Camilita's rate for producing the vinyl wrap
- Plus any other required artist compensation
- Creator Incentives
- Rewards for the top content submitted to the Creator Rally
- Other
- Wrap install/removal, bus rental, fuel, insurance, production, editing, etc.

# Culture as an Onboarding Tool
OnchainCreators has a **proven track record of using culture as an effective onboarding mechanism** for creators entering the onchain ecosystem.
Rather than leading with tools or technical education, our activations focus on:
- shared experiences
- creative participation
- visible, welcoming entry points
This approach consistently lowers the barrier to entry and converts cultural curiosity into meaningful onchain engagement.

### Case Study: Devconnect, Buenos Aires
At the **Onchain Creator Rally during Devconnect in Buenos Aires**, our activation successfully onboarded new creators and community members into onchain culture through:
- IRL challenges and open participation
- artist and creator-led storytelling
- public, social-first documentation
One notable example:
**[atown](https://farcaster.xyz/atown)**, who was introduced to the ecosystem through the Rally, went on to **bid on and win Noun 1729** shortly after the activation.
This outcome demonstrates a critical insight:
> The most effective onboarding doesn’t feel like onboarding. It feels like belonging.

- ETHBoulder (Feb 13–15) + ETHDenver (Feb 17–20)
- Powered by Nouns x OnchainCreators™
- “Do Good, Have Fun” (Colorado Edition)
# Summary:
### This proposal is for a Nouns Bus, produced in collaboration with Onchain Creators™, running across Boulder and Denver during ETH Colorado.

- An **open canvas** for Nounish community art
- A **creator hub** for filming, storytelling, and Rally Challenge submissions
- **Transportation for Nouns** (capacity permitting) across key conference moments

Ask seems reasonable but similarly to Bixbite, I don't see the impact to Nouns. Maybe I'm missing something?
+1
> At first I thought this proposal was to fund the critics to write essays on Nouns and I was on the fence, but after finding out that the proposal is to fund the critics to write essays on Web3 art & culture in general just isnt something that excites me much. I personally would like to fund things that directly benefit Nouns unless it's a public good / charitable cause, which critic opinion essays do not fall into that category for me (I know some might feel it does though)
+1
> I am a strong for on this one. Duckhead is an amazing creator and a super nounish human. His figures are charming and his vibes in person are immaculate. He is an excellent nounish representative. I have a small collection of his figures and met him in person a few times at DCON and in Korea. We shared his Nounish characters at Designer con and the response has been pretty great. We are also currently in development and negotiations for Gachapon figures so there may definitely be some cross over and distro help available on our end in Japan, china and the US
some of the people are very deserving of a noun and im all for rewarding them accordingly. however, the selection process feels a bit arbitrary. id like to have us create a repeatable and fair process first for rewarding active participants.
i agree with some of the arguments against nounstrategy. however, the pros outweigh the cons imo. and id like to see continued experimentation at nouns, specially as it pertains to auctions.
+1
> I think nouns could do with some more experimentation like this.
> I do share concerns about low volume and the value leak, but I’m open to seeing what happens.
+1
> We already have $NOUNS, $NOGS and the Unicode one we passed a prop on, but what has come from any of those? Leaked value from the treasury. I think we need to focus on our main project which is our NFT vs trying to force token strategies
+1
> the token strategy model has a solid track record of accumulating NFTs for other communities, and the 1 ETH cost to test this onchain makes it a low-risk experiment with potential upside. it's a smart way to soak up floor supply and generate some secondary activity for the DAO.
