Proposal - Retroactive Compensation for Core Team and Sponsorship for Sparkball Tournament&&### Purpose:
Now that we’ve generated a little bit of DAO revenue from the AI Arena tournament it would be great to give some compensation to the core team for their work in growing the brand. I would propose a sum of about 2.5 eth, plus .5 eth for the sponsorship for an upcoming tournament.
This is the first big tournament in a while so it would be great to throw some support behind it. These are also the top 2 things that were asked for in the poll so I thought it made sense to combine them into 1 proposal. There’s roughly 5 core team members (now all Paladins members) that would be included in the 2.5 eth retroactive compensation.
### The Tournament:
We’re hosting a 16 team Sparkball invitational to celebrate one of the most fun competitive games in Web3 right now which is Sparkball. Sparkball has agreed to support the tournament with NFTs, some prize pool, and badges for their upcoming P2A event. ### Retroactive Compensation:
.5 eth to Mizzy
.5 eth to Mike
.5 eth to Jave
.5 eth to Digitstak
.5 eth to Himars
### Tournament Costs Sparkball:
.3 eth to prize pool ( $960 which we’ll round up to $1k)
.2 eth to help cover production costs ($640)
