There really isn't an if though. Due to my negotiations, and thanks to Justin, we have a designated presence regardless of the outcome of this or any proposal. Should this prop pass, we will have all the resources needed to make the most out of the amenities on offer, and to document the cultural experience.
The only if is the one that come's with every prop, "If this prop passes".
If it passes, our presence will be palpable , and incorporated into the primary event programing. If it does not, we still maintain a presence, but miss out on the opportunity to be a major player.
