hifive.eth said it all. This is just plain and simple an attempt to grab and cement power with a sybil attack. I have conducted extensive research that showed association between JX / Gneric and the loregiver.eth address. I attempted to address a similar concentration of voting power in NDAfrica, and I am glad to not be the only one who notices and will vote to intervene

Thanks for the feedback and for referencing Prop 855 — it’s a strong example.
Prop 855 and this proposal actually contain the same core elements: multi-day programming, defined spaces, named activities, a clear team, media/documentation, budget transparency, and explicit outcomes. The difference isn’t level of detail — it’s what the money was being used to produce.
Prop 855 funded a production-heavy activation: a printing and minting studio, booth buildout, artist compensation, risograph operators, merch, and a dedicated production team. Even with showcase space provided at no cost, the spend reflected a fabrication- and installation-driven program.
This proposal is not a printing lab or booth build. It leverages organizer-provided amenities (stage access, MakerSpace, gallery support, facilitation) and allocates funds toward coordination, community activation, hospitality, and documentation instead. That’s why the line items differ — not because execution is less defined, but because the activation itself is different.
So to be clear: this proposal already specifies scope, programming surfaces, outputs, team, and accountability in the same way 855 did. What’s different here is the cost model and form factor, not the rigor of planning or intent.

> There has been a lot of feedback provided before this prop was put up, and at previous Nouncil calls, where it was recommended that the focus of this prop be strictly on the ETHDenver activation. Adding ETHBoulder is a distraction from what will be a tremendous effort to deliver a Nouns space that will be representative of Nouns. Resubmitting with details on how the hosts will execute the vision would alleviate many concerns. Highly recommend reviewing prop 855 for an example on how to detail the event plan, which having visited it myself, I can assert delivered as envisioned by the proposers.

@0xBe14...57e6
While I appreciate the thought, I will not likely resubmit this proposal. The event organizers will need a resolution one way or another as to how we will proceed by the end of this proposals cycle.
Additionally, Nounish builders and communities would require the time remaining before the event to prepare and register for their respective uses of the Nouns Lounge. As it stands, I will need to turn my attention to registering and facilitating those individuals who wish to speak on the Buidl stage.
The best I can do here is check with Justin about their willingness to await the results of a follow up prop, but I'm remiss to do so, in light of all the good faith and effort that have already gone into this from their end.
Without treasury support, this is all that I am comfortable promising as a deliverable. We may be able to continue with the production of our mini doc, but tbd.

Our team is already coordinating a sizable presence at Eth Boulder where we are hosting a speaking track on DAO's and Coordinative tooling. Leaving it out from the documentary wouldn't have made much sense, and the discretional spending fund is sufficient to cover the additional skilled labor involved.

We will still have a presence regardless of the outcome of the proposal , both on the Buidl Stage, and at the Makerspace. Should the prop not pass, Nouns will not, receive a dedicated lounge space, and will not receive lowered barriers for Nounish Sub Daos to participate in the Hackathon.

This team is a serious squad of builders with exceptional character. I think it is great to see the DAO get traction this year. This series pairs nicely with the coverage that JX will be providing this year, and with Droposal support coming to nouns.build could stand to generate revenue's for the DAO.
@0x1d2F...D801
There really isn't an if though. Due to my negotiations, and thanks to Justin, we have a designated presence regardless of the outcome of this or any proposal. Should this prop pass, we will have all the resources needed to make the most out of the amenities on offer, and to document the cultural experience.
The only if is the one that come's with every prop, "If this prop passes".
If it passes, our presence will be palpable , and incorporated into the primary event programing. If it does not, we still maintain a presence, but miss out on the opportunity to be a major player.

# Nouns @ Eth Denver Activation
## Proposal: Nouns ETHDenver Activation (Revised)
### Summary
This proposal requests **$16,000** to support a focused Nouns presence across the full Denver week — **ETH Boulder and ETHDenver combined (Feb 13–21)** — centered on builders, culture, and documentation. ETHDenver is extending specific opportunities to the nounish ecosystem in good faith **without requiring a base sponsorship package**. This proposal covers the practical costs needed to actually use that access well — food, space, media, operations, and community support.
## What ETHDenver Is Offering in Good Faith ( Feb 17-21 )
ETHDenver has offered the following opportunities to the nounish ecosystem **without requiring a traditional sponsorship tier**:
- **Invitations to register and speak on the ETHDenver BUIDL Mentor Stage**, allowing nounish builders to host workshops publicly.
- **Designated presence at the ETHDenver MakerSpace**, with access to 3D printing, microcontrollers and hardware experimentation, screen printing, and physical prototyping.
- **Designated presence in the ETHDenver Art Gallery**, with support for artist coordination and interviews.
- **Facilitation support from ETHDenver organizers** to help integrate nounish programming across these spaces.
These opportunities provide access and visibility, but do not include staffing, food, or coordination.
## ETH Boulder Programming (Feb 13–15)
In addition to ETHDenver, the nounish ecosystem will have an active presence at **ETH Boulder (Feb 13–15)**, which serves as the opening chapter of the Denver week.
A submitted speaking track has been **accepted** for ETH Boulder and will be curated and run by the Nouns community as a **half-day series of talks and workshops** focused on:
- **DAOs & Coordinative Tooling**
- Practical governance infrastructure
- Community-owned coordination models
- Tools and experiments emerging from the nouniverse
The track will feature **projects, builders, and makers from across the nounish ecosystem** and is designed to be participatory and workshop-oriented rather than panel-driven. This programming sets the tone for the week and feeds directly into the ETHDenver presence that follows. Participation comes with free attendance for event participants and guest speakers, promotional support, and all venue logistics are being handled by the event.
## What This Proposal Actually Funds
This proposal is **not** about buying a standard ETHDenver sponsorship package.
ETHDenver is already offering meaningful access and participation opportunities in good faith, including stage time and MakerSpace / Art Gallery integration. At the same time, certain high-impact elements — such as a dedicated lounge presence and on-site coordination around the Nouns Bus — are contingent on Nouns participating as a sponsor.
What ETHDenver is *not* providing is the operational layer that makes any of this work smoothly: feeding builders, hosting and coordinating conversations, supporting on-site activations, and documenting what happens. This budget covers that execution layer so Nouns can use both the good-faith access and the sponsor-contingent opportunities in a way that feels intentional, coordinated, and welcoming.
## Budget Breakdown — $16,000 Total
**1) Food Sponsorship for Hackathon Builders — $5,000 (Sponsorship Item)** Meals and refreshments for builders participating in the hackathon and nounish activities. Keeps builders on-site and focused, supports BUIDL Mentor Stage participation and MakerSpace work, and signals that Nouns shows up for builders, not just logos.
**2) Nouns Lounge Space — $5,000 (Sponsorship Item)** Support for a Nouns Lounge used for community vibes and informal gathering, builder demos and buidl talks, small working sessions, and steward-led activations connected to the MakerSpace and Art Gallery.
**3) Media Production — $2,500** Production of a **\~15-minute nounish mini-documentary** covering the full Denver week — **ETH Boulder and ETHDenver combined (Feb 13–21)**.
The film will document:
- BUIDL Mentor Stage talks
- MakerSpace and Art Gallery activity
- Nouns Lounge programming
- Broader nounish activity throughout the week
- **Nouns Bus coverage**, including interviews with builders, artists, and community members
**Production Team (working at discounted community rates):**
- **Xtatic Productions Limited**
- **Executive Producer:** Timothy Carter
- **Director:** Calib Perkins
- **Production Manager:** Aaden Beall
- **Videographer:** Douglas Cheffield
Deliverables include one polished \~15-minute film and short clips for social and community sharing.
**4) Discretionary / Merch / Community Spend — $3,500** Flexible budget to support:
- Community merch and printed materials
- Operations and logistics across the Denver week
- Travel, gas, and coordination costs related to **ETH Boulder**, including the accepted half-day track
- Small on-site needs that arise during the week
This allows the team to stay responsive and maintain continuity across events.
## Additional High-Impact Accommodation (Sponsor-Contingent)
If Nouns DAO participates as a sponsor, ETHDenver has also extended the following **at no additional sponsorship cost**:
- A **dedicated, on-site parking space for the Nouns Bus**, located **directly adjacent to the main venue entrance**.
- Organizers will **actively facilitate Nouns Bus programming**, including:
- Integrating bus activations into MakerSpace and Art Gallery mini-talks
- Supporting steward-led programming and introductions
- Coordinating logistics and venue requirements (hours \~8am–1pm)
- Integrating visits to the Nouns Bus and Lounge into the official ETHDenver scavenger hunt
This placement positions the Nouns Bus as a highly visible and easily accessible part of the overall campus experience, increasing participation and engagement.
## Funds Handling & Execution
Approved funds will be held in an **operational multisig vault** with a **3-of-4 signing threshold** to ensure transparency and shared oversight.
**Multisig Signers:**
- Willywonka.eth
- Bennedictvs.eth
- Gramajo.eth
- SwarthyHatter.eth
### Fund Allocation
- **$10,000** will be transferred to **SporkDAO** upon receipt of invoice (food sponsorship + Nouns Lounge space at ETHDenver).
- **$2,500** will be transferred to **Xtatic Productions Limited** for media production, documenting the full Denver week (**ETH Boulder + ETHDenver, Feb 13–21**).
- **$3,500** will remain in the multisig and be used for **operations, logistics, merch, and incidental expenses** across the full Denver week.
Discretionary multisig spending will be deployed by the signer committee to maximize the impact and continuity of the Nouns presence. A post-event summary of expenditures can be shared with the community.
## Why This Makes Sense
ETHDenver is offering access, space, and facilitation — not turnkey execution. This proposal funds the practical layer that turns access into impact, keeps the focus builder-first and hands-on, integrates culture and art alongside technical work, and ensures the moment is documented so it lives beyond the conference. This isn’t about over-investing — it’s about **showing up well**.
## Closing
ETHDenver has extended meaningful good-faith opportunities to the nounish ecosystem, including prominent on-site support for the Nouns Bus contingent on sponsorship participation. This proposal ensures Nouns can responsibly activate that access, support builders and artists, and present a cohesive, visible presence aligned with our values across the full Denver week. The requested **$16,000** is a targeted, operational budget — not a traditional sponsorship buy-in. Happy to refine scope or steward roles as needed.

The requested **$15,000** is a targeted, operational budget — not a traditional sponsorship buy-in. Happy to refine scope or steward roles as needed.

# Nouns @ Eth Denver Activation
### Summary
This proposal requests **$15,000** to support a focused Nouns presence at ETHDenver, centered on builders, culture, and documentation. ETHDenver is extending specific opportunities to the nounish ecosystem in good faith **without requiring a base sponsorship package**. This proposal covers the practical costs needed to actually use that access well — food, space, media, and community support.
## What ETHDenver Is Offering in Good Faith
## What This Proposal Actually Funds
This proposal is **not** about buying a standard ETHDenver sponsorship package.
ETHDenver is already offering meaningful access and participation opportunities in good faith, including stage time and MakerSpace / Art Gallery integration. At the same time, certain high-impact elements — like a dedicated lounge presence and the on-site Nouns Bus placement — are contingent on Nouns participating as a sponsor.
What ETHDenver is *not* providing is the operational layer that makes any of this work well: hosting and coordinating conversations, supporting on-site activations, and documenting what happens. This budget covers that execution layer so Nouns can use both the good-faith access and the sponsor-contingent opportunities in a way that feels intentional and cohesive.
## Budget Breakdown — **$15,000 Total**
**1) Food Sponsorship for Hackathon Builders — $5,000 (Sponsorship Item)**
Meals and refreshments for builders participating in the hackathon and nounish activities. Keeps builders on-site and focused, supports BUIDL Mentor Stage participation and MakerSpace work, and signals that Nouns shows up for builders, not just logos.
**2) Nouns Lounge Space — $5,000 (Sponsorship Item)**
Support for a Nouns Lounge used for community vibes and informal gathering, builder demos and buidl talks, small working sessions, and steward-led activations connected to the MakerSpace and Art Gallery.
**3) Media Production — $2,500**
Production of a **~15-minute nounish mini-documentary** covering the full week of ETHDenver. The film will document BUIDL Mentor Stage talks, MakerSpace and Art Gallery activity, Nouns Lounge programming, broader nounish activity throughout the week, and **full Nouns Bus coverage**, including interviews with builders, artists, and community members.
**Production Team (working at discounted community rates):**
- **Xtatic Productions Limited**
- **Executive Producer:** Timothy Carter
- **Director:** Calib Perkins
- **Production Manager:** Aaden Beall
- **Videographer:** Douglas Cheffield
Deliverables include one polished ~15-minute film and short clips for social and community sharing.
**4) Discretionary / Merch / Community Spend — $2,500**
Flexible budget to support community merch, printed materials, steward needs, small activations, and on-site requirements that arise during the week, allowing the team to stay responsive and keep the presence cohesive.
- Coordinating logistics and venue requirements (hours ~8am–1pm)
- Integrating visits to the Nouns Bus and Lounge into the official ETHDenver scavenger hunt
This placement makes the Nouns Bus a **front-door experience**, not a peripheral side event, and materially increases visibility and engagement.
## Funds Handling & Execution
Approved funds will be held in an **operational multisig vault** with a **3-of-4 signing threshold** to ensure transparency and shared oversight.
**Multisig Signers:**
- Willywonka.eth
- Bennedictvs.eth
- Gramajo.eth
- SwarthyHatter.eth
### Fund Allocation
- **$10,000** will be transferred to **SporkDAO** upon receipt of invoice (food sponsorship + lounge space).
- **$2,500** will be transferred to **Xtatic Productions Limited** for media production.
- **$2,500** will remain in the multisig and be used for **stipends, merch, logistics, and incidental expenses**, deployed at the discretion of the signer committee to maximize on-site impact.
All spending will be executed from the multisig and can be reported back to the community post-event.
## Closing
ETHDenver has extended meaningful good-faith opportunities to the nounish ecosystem, including a uniquely prominent Nouns Bus placement contingent on sponsorship participation. This proposal ensures Nouns can responsibly activate that access, support builders and artists, and present a cohesive, visible presence aligned with our values. The requested **$15,000** is a targeted, operational budget — not a traditional sponsorship buy-in. Happy to refine scope or steward roles as needed.

Loregiver, would you give us some lore ? New members want to understand the history here. It looks like the DAO has managed to recover from a period of tumult. Claims of capture and an interesting prop history leave many with questions. Your proposal was well timed. It seems to relieve the DAO of the need to consistently exercise the veto. Something tells me it is a good time to discuss a certain kitchen utensil
[idea]-nouns-dao-india@0xFC53...6183
Something else you can explore is contributing part of your auction revenue for Nouns India back to Nouns. This option is easy to do with recent UI updates while launching your DAO.
> I don't think Nouns should seed new DAO's- We've seen issues with this a lot in the past, especially with builder DAO and previous DAO seeding proposals. We still have eth being held hostage inside nouns build DAOs we seeded early on by bad actors ("Mr Brainwash" with The Idea Factory, etc..).
>
> Otherwise I like the idea of getting your area more involved in nouns, hosting local meet-ups teaching and onboarding people to nouns, etc <3
Im torn. I like this proposal but feel that it should be structured as an escrow milestone proposal. This proposal lends itself to milestone based updates and funds released in tranches. If passed, I hope that we can expect consistent propdates .
I've used nouns95 on a weekly basis for a while now to help illustrate everything that Nouns has to offer all in one place. It's a great tool for onboarding and I look forward to using BerryOS as my main Nouns Client going forward.
After being shown berry.OS I think the work wylin.eth has put in to refining nouns95 shows real commitment to improving as a developer, and a digital artist.
The improvements made now allow others to build applications for the marketplace that are supported by the underlying OS module. Not to mention, I'm not familiar with another client that has the same level of support making building transactions for proposals easy.
lil-nouns-community-vegetable-nursery-scaling
I support the continued growth and development of this project. Let's get this operation under roof , diversify the output, and improve the local foodshed.
I like that this is an ongoing program and not just a one off event. I think residency applications like this one are a lot easier to track and manage, and they have a higher chance of saturating the audience with our message.

I delegated to this project because I think the impact on developing young minds is well worth the reasonable price of 1.5 ETH, especially when consideration is made to the 3 years of included maintenance. Not everything Lils does needs ROI but I can still see this one paying off.
tagawamakoto.eth - Do you think you could include a QR code that links to the Lils Auction ?
I really hope we see this event funded. I think the work you are doing to expand lil nouns from digital art to IRL experiences is amazing, and you did a great job putting together a version 2 of this proposal.
Excited to implement this tool into the Nounish events we are organizing in Denver Colorado. Seems like a great way to generate revenue that can make its way back to the DAO. Hope this goes well and if so I will be reaching out about a DENVER pilot :)
lil-⌐◨-⌐-nouns-x-anesi:-the-glance-live-listening-play-&-irl-culture-showcase-in-abuja,-nigeria
I really love the work you did with the last event and I would like to see more lil nouns onboarded with events of this type and will be working to throw a few of them myself here in Denver Colorado in the coming months. I am going to sponsor this prop as it is, but would love to see you explore collaboration with Lil Wave Warz from prop 316 to see how you could possibly generate some ROI from these events in the future.
Love this and want to use the tech in our event here in Denver. I hope this goes well and we can move forward with more like it. Very good way for lils and Nouns to get ROI on IRL events.
Why was this proposal cancelled ? I had not had a chance to cast my vote in this situation and feel that this decision rises to a level of importance as to merit a proposal for resolution.
I supported this before and I support it now. If it works , it would be a good project to replicate in other cities. I said this on the first prop (296) but I would love to see one of these in the city of Denver, cruising by the local art galleries, and skate parks for pop ups and memes :)
Hope we see it pass this time.

Thank you for including Burner in your proposal, I was not aware of this product and it has my gears turning for other on-boarding efforts. @0x1B35...C600
Hey there. I hope my response to Mike Good answered most of your questions. I will add here a bit of clarification on the nature of the hunt.
The scavenger hunt locations are distributed throughout the Downtown Denver City Area, in partnership with local businesses , art galleries, and cafes. Contestants will have to collect all 10 POAPs, as well as create and share at least 1 post to the Lil Nouns channel on Farcaster to claim their prizes :)
Let me know if you have any further questions, and thanks so much for your consideration.
>
>
> I'm abstaining this time, primarily because I'm unclear on several key aspects, such as the coordination with the main PizzaDAO event and how the event's publicity is planned. I'm open to reconsidering my vote if these questions are resolved and the proposal is more concrete.
>
@0xFC53...6183
Hey mike thanks for your clarifying questions. This is the SAME event as the Denver Pizza Dao, so no we aren't competing, and onboarding Pizza Dao members to Lil Nouns is def the name of the game plan. Not just pizza DAO members, but members of other web3 communities which gather for the holiday as well. We have been in contact with the Pizza Dao Organizers and they are more than happy to collaborate.
Our outreach campaign has multiple fronts. Traditional Social Media ( Instagram , Snapchat, Facebook & Youtube Shorts. ) Decentralized Social Media. ( Farcaster, Zora ) . Decentralized street flyering, word of mouth etc and news of the event will be amplified by all of the partner organizations participating in the scavenger hunt. Lastly, we will be conducting a press release to all major news outlets in the hopes of generating independent coverage of the event.
Now as far as the Ts go. We haven't finalized our design, would be happy to take feedback from the community on what exactly we print, but we have found a wonderful local print shop who will do the job at cost for us. It was my original intention to slap a set of lil nogs on the front breast and a Community Slogan on the back. But, we could go another direction if the community would prefer. Maybe we go sock gang for the shirts? I'm open to suggestions.
As to the multi-day aspect. We wanted to give everyone the opportunity to participate in the scavenger hunt fully, and for each sponsor organization to benefit from the increased foot traffic, while taking the time to educate participants on micro applications of web 3 technologies. With this in mind we determined that extending the scavenger hunt to a multi day event would have several benefits.
1. Time to complete the hunt outside of the main pizza day event will avoid detracting from the main.
2. Multiple days allows for the participation of those with mobility restrictions for whom the hunt will take longer ( Disabled, Children, Elderly )
3. More time to complete the hunt allows for a more engaging , challenging, educational experience, and also will likely generate a good deal more social media engagement.
I think the only remaining question to answer is concerning the venue, which at my last check had not been officially determined by the Pizza Dao Organizers, but I do believe they are in the process of making the final decision in the coming days.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or if any of my answers left anything to be desired. I hope I helped sway your vote :)
>
>
> Some questions/concerns: Is this your own pizza party or part of the larger event on the 22nd? It's not clear in your prop. If so where is the event? Where will people find out about the hunt? How will you invite folks to your event? etc.. Feels like we're missing a lot of details on the execution here.
>
> Whats a "Nogs T" ? Like a t-shirt? Will it be Lil Nouns branding? or just noggles? Very big distinction here.
>
> I wouldn't want to see overlapping Pizza Parties, and would hope we drive all traffic to the main event in Denver. Would be helpful to go to the main event and get to know / onboard folks there, IMO.
>
> I hear the comparison Prop 293 is surrounding Farcon & Nouns Haus, both spread across multiple days - Which i think is completely different than Bitcoin Pizza Day.. so feels like a multi-day scavenger hunt makes more sense during the multi-day event, rather than a one day pizza party.
>
> Not against this but would prefer to see how the first scavenger hunt works out before funding another, and more details on the pizza event, venue, etc..
>
@0xca85...62a4
Hey Natalie thanks so much for the note. Im glad you asked. I have already contacted the PizzaDao Organizers in Denver as I have mentioned previously . We have established a mutual understanding. PizzaDAO will aide in amplifying the lil nouns media campaign associated with the prop in order to maximize engagement. I wouldn't bring this to the DAO if it were not something I felt we could accomplish. It is also on a similar timeframe to prop 293, and no one expressed concerns on that prop as to timeliness.
i have strong working relationship with the POAP team and have successfully navigated many last minute mints with them in the past. In my experience, that team is very easy to work with and it is not hard for them to distinguish between spam requests and genuine ones. If circumstances should intervene, we have every intention of replacing POAPs with another Pre-minted NFTs using ZORA, Manifold, Unlock or some other application. POAP makes the most sense, but its not the only option. In the end , if our event is unsuccessful , we have promised to return all unspent funds to the treasury.
Thanks so much again for your question and if you have anymore please ask !
>
>
> Have you spoken to the team organizing the Denver event to inquire about any challenges and logistical issues with this proposed activity?
> Also 99.9% of the Global Pizza Party/Bitcoin Pizza Day events happen on May 22nd to increase maximum network effect. It's also a national holiday in crypto/Web3. I foresee a challenge in gathering people outside of that timeframe to participate.
> Also, POAP can be unreliable at times or farmers try to grab POAPs and to this same point technology can also be a point of challenge with phones not getting reception or having issues grabbing QR codes, what is your backup plan?
>
@0x073f...2e63
@bixbite - Your observation is fair. However, I would disagree. I think new organizers and new faces can build new relationships and inspire new ideas within a DAO just as well as long standing members. In fact, I would argue that new ideas and representation are NEEDED by most DAOs in order to onboard the 10 million user to web3. The fate of decentralized technologies is uncertain, as major financial institutions begin to adopt, co-opt, and sometimes pervert them.
Personally I think that the time is ripe for web3 advocates to make a bold push into public view , and have been working to organize an entire years worth of events, educational experiences, and a collage of sponsors ranging from DAOs to small businesses ! I think the Lil Nouns deserve to be a part of what we are building here in Denver, and I hope you all feel the same as well .
>
>
> Would like to see how this concept plays out with the first proposal we pass before funding another rendition of it. I also believe someone should be apart of the DAO longer than 9 days before proposing to represent Nouns at an irl activation, just my opinion.
>
@0xcbFE...744e
Happy to answer your question! I am a career organizer, having worked in grassroots public policy for nearly seven years and in the entertainment industry in Denver Colorado for 5. I've organized everything from last minute press releases and high dollar fundraising Galas, to art pop ups and music festivals.
We are already mobilizing a large team of creatives for a summer event series featuring Art exhibits that educate audiences on the applications of NFTs and blockchain, so we have a pool of talent to call on. Should our grant pass, we have already had initial meetings, established contact with Denver PizzaDao organizers, who are willing to participated in amplifying our social media campaigns, and we have sourced a shortlist of small businesses and art galleries interested in participating in the scavenger hunt.
To avoid any materials delays, we already ordered the Burner wallets and received shipping confirmation this morning. The paper burners are also already being set up, as they will be useful to us all summer long regardless.
If our prop passes first time round we will be on track to start our social media outreach immediately, giving us roughly 30 days to advertise, and the artists to commission for our POAP collection have already been contacted and agreed to rates :)
Please feel encouraged to ask any follow up questions that you might have, and thanks so much for taking the time to comment :)
>
>
> This sounds like a cool idea, I would like to ask if members of the team have experience with similar events?
>
> Just a month to deliver is ambitious, if this prop passes I'd be extremely impressed to see you pull it off.
>
I love to see that we are not alone in feeling that Nouns & Fashion go hand in hand. Fashion is all about, about culture, community, identify and self expression.
@nekofar , what makes you generally opposed to irl events? I think the next wave of web3 users will find their way to wallet addresses and onramps precisely because of IRL events, and other programs that effect change in the real world. For me, I think web3 is bigger than computers or the internet. It's social contract theory 2.0 !

Shout out to gramajo.eth for prop 293 which inspired this prop. I have been looking for a good strategy to kick of an engaged lil nouns community in Denver Colorado and a scavenger hunt is just the right level of interesting. Should the prop pass we are confident in our ability to organize on a short timetable and have already identified lead organizers and commissioned artists.

We work with local businesses, non-profits, and creatives to produce high quality culltural events that elevate, educate, and equitize. We work to educate our audiences on the power that NFTs and Blockchain have to improve their lives, and their communities. Our summer pop up series features artists graduated from our homebrew Web3 Artist Development Curriculum, and each of them implements NFTs into their work in some way. This will make a really way to kickstart the summer and get as many eyes on us as possible before our Pop Up Series Begins this June, ensuring that Denverites have plenty of opportunities to learn about Nouns, Lil Nouns, and the magic of web3.

## 🏆 Prize Structure
Another bit of inspiration from gramajo.eth is the use of [burnr wallet](https://links.burner.pro/). This allows us to distribute prize money in ETH, without the winner needing a wallet already to claim their winnings. For winners that do not receive a burnr wallet will receive a [paper burnr](https://github.com/austintgriffith/paper-wallet). This way all of our contestants will be incentivized to learn, rather then just earn! We already purchased 10 Burnr Wallets in Acid Orange for our top winners.

## 💰 Budget Proposal
We worked to keep a similar budget to the recently approved scavenger hunt in NYC but have customized it to meet our stated goals, as they differ from prop 293. We can save a bit on artist commissions , but we want to make a big push to introduce new audiences to Lil Nouns,
so we have opted to include an ask for a small social media budget in order to run a few targeted paid ad campaigns. This combined with our Social Media Short Competition should generate a substantial amount of engagement both on and offline.
Some of the materials costs are estimates and we have no way of knowing how many people will complete the scavenger hunt so we want to have enough prize money to be safe. Any unused funds will be promptly returned to the Lil Nouns treasury.
| Item | Cost |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ---------------- |
| 10 POAP Commissions | $1,000 |
| Prize Pool (ETH / USD + Burnr) | $1,250 |
| Deployment Support | $250 |
| IYK NFC Stickers + Shirts | $300 |
| Content & Marketing | $200 |
| Mobile Map/Site | Free |
| Total | $3,000 / \~2 ETH |
| Additionally, we request 2 Lil Nouns from the treasury to award the top two winners. | |
🤳 Content + Promo Strategy
- Countdown teasers on social
- Partner promo with Pizza DAO
- Social Media Shorts at POAP sites.
- Daily prize reveals & location hints.
- Artful selfie challenges at each sticker site.
## 🔗 Bonus Integration Ideas
- FOOD Token for redeeming with local sponsors.
- IRL collabs with local artists/vendors for sticker visuals.
## 📍 Next Steps
1. Finalize 10 location partners
2. Commission POAP artists (aim for 1 Lil Nouns-connected artist)
3. Coordinate with IYK on sticker logistics
4. Launch scavenger map site (via Notion or no-code)
5. Kick off promo campaign 2–3 weeks ahead of May 22
## ⁉️ Second Attempt
The discerning eye will notice our first attempt was cancelled. This is because we forgot to include the requested transfer of 2 Lil Nouns.
Addendum: I realize I did not explicitly mention of the fact that we are organizing the festivities in partnership with Pizza Dao Denver, but it is pertinent so, yeah, it's a collab. Should involve nearly 2 dozen businesses as well. I can't wait!

in Denver Colorado and a scavenger hunt is just the right level of interesting. Should the prop pass we are confident in our ability to organize on a
short timetable and have already identified lead organizers and commisioned artists.

We are the core organizers of a budding artist collective based in Denver Colorado with a mission to elevate arts and public goods through the innovative
and equitable application of technology! We work with local businesses, non-profits, and creatives to produce high quality culltural events that elevate,
educate, and equitize. We work to educate our audiences on the power that NFTs and Blockchain have to improve their lives, and their communities. Our summer pop up
series features artists graduated from our homebrew Web3 Artist Development Curriculum, and each of them implements NFTs into their work in some way. This will make a really
way to kickstart the summer and get as many eyes on us as possible before our Pop Up Series Begins this June, ensuring that Denverites have plenty of opportunities to learn about
Nouns, Lil Nouns, and the magic of web3.

## 🏆 Prize Structure
Another bit of inspiration from gramajo.eth is the use of [burnr wallet](https://links.burner.pro/). This allows us to distribute the prize money in ETH, without the winner needing a preexisting wallet to claim their winnings. Winners that do not receive a burnr wallet will receive a [paper burnr](https://github.com/austintgriffith/paper-wallet). This way all of our contestants will be incentivized learn, rather then just earn!

This combined with our Social Media Short Competition should help generate a substantial amount of engagement both on and offline. Some of the materials costs are estimates and we have no way of knowing how many people will complete the scavenger hunt so we want to have enough prize money to be safe. Any unused funds will be promptly returned to the Lil Nouns treasury.
| Item | Cost |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ---------------- |
| 10 POAP Commissions | $1,000 |
| Prize Pool (ETH / USD + Burnr) | $1,250 |
| Deployment Support | $250 |
| IYK NFC Stickers + Shirts | $300 |
| Content & Marketing | $200 |
| Mobile Map/Site | Free |
| Total | $3,000 / \~2 ETH |
| Additionally, we request 2 Lil Nouns from the treasury to award the top two winners. | |
## 🤳 Content + Promo Strategy
- Countdown teasers on social
- Partner promo with Pizza DAO
- Social Media Shorts at POAP sites.
- Daily prize reveals & location hints.
- Artful selfie challenges at each sticker site.
## 🔗 Bonus Integration Ideas
- FOOD Token for redeeming with local sponsors.
- IRL collabs with local artists/vendors for sticker visuals.
## 📍 Next Steps
1. Finalize 10 location partners
2. Commission POAP artists (aim for 1 Lil Nouns-connected artist)
3. Coordinate with IYK on sticker logistics
4. Launch scavenger map site (via Notion or no-code)
5. Kick off promo campaign 2–3 weeks ahead of May 22
I like this project. I would like to see more like it honestly. It has permanence, flexibility, and personality. Seeing that others are supportive gives me hope for a prop I am cooking up to provide a physical location in Denver, Co.
I would like to see some funding rounds for competitions / commissions of the related artwork. ( Fry Basket , Coloring Sheets, Vinyls, Magnets etc )
I agree with caresclub.eth . I think this prop expands the roles of an essential function in such a way as could detract from the execution of that function. I second that the role is one that requires a great amount of objectivity and process.
