# Cares: A Decentralized System for Sustainable DAO Growth

## What is Cares? Why does it exist? What’s the bridge between Web2 strategy and Web3 coordination?
Right now, top onchain brands are making strong, concerted pushes in the current bull market with clear brand strategies, consistent storytelling, and coordinated external activations, often backed by full-time teams.

We’re proposing a focused, 6-month plan to:
- Deliver ongoing executional support for Nouns-aligned proposals, events, and priorities.
- Enable DAO service engagement pathways to community members through open bounties, project-based work opportunities (creatives, developers, project managers + more), and builder access.
- Generate monthly recaps and host open calls / check-ins.
- Drive real-world brand partnerships and integrations to co-fund proposals and the treasury.
- Develop and grow [Shares](https://shares.cares.tv) into a DAO-native campaign platform that powers IRL activations, co-branded efforts, and trackable public goods.
- **Reinvest 30% of net external campaign revenue back into the DAO.**
All services are accessible through a dedicated Nouns Discord channel, with consistent availability for contributors, proposers and partners who wish to collaborate.
