* 150,000 GTC being sent to a new 2/4 multisig wallet: eth:0x9E75c3BFb82cf701AC0A74d6C1607461Ec65EfF9
* Signers are:

* kbw.eth

Once the funds land, they will be delegated to an agreed upon Event Horizon wallet (to be determined by CoachJ & Event Horizon team) for a period of 6 months, upon which time a new proposal will be required in order to extend the Event Horizon agreement.
