> Voted against this role from the start and still don’t think it justifies this level of pay. Ending it isn’t the issue for me. But I’ll abstain on this proposal because a single proposal lifecycle isn’t enough time for someone to actually prepare for losing their income. A version of this with some real transition time would be better. This is a standing admin role someone built their income around, and that deserves some room to adjust.
