The line at the top about updating the markdown was accidentally left in. AI was used to format the proposal, and it also changed parts of the budget. I manually corrected the budget, but the leftover text should have been removed before publishing. That was my editing mistake.
Regarding the deliverables and success metrics, these are targets, not guarantees. There is no botting or artificial growth planned. The accounts may be new, but they build on existing networks and past production experience. Several previous projects have already crossed 5,000+ views organically without dedicated infrastructure.
