Governance on Eth mainnet can be very costly and be a barrier for those wishing to participate in governance especially in the absence of delegate rewards. Working closely with the Arbitrum ecosystem we are a major supporter of Arbitrum and think it would be a great place to host governance due to the low costs, high speeds, and high reliability of Arbitrum. We believe this could increase voter turnout for RARI DAO and help to keep the DAO safe
