Initially had concern with regards to demand for these assets but Coral shared more info that free/low-polygons city models at Unity store are having decent impression roughly 1000 view per week, altho unable to determine download rate.
Wish to believe Nouns theme 3D asset would have even more views/download + would rather bet on having these assets out there than not having them at all.
