Sorry to disappoint Bix.
Sometimes I think you forget this isn’t just an internet experiment we’re undertaking here. It’s a real-world business with staff to support, bills to pay, and responsibilities to balance alongside proliferating this Dao. I’m the best person to know what’s right for all of the above.
Opening additional location as a Nouns Deli franchise right now would push us past our limits, risking my other businesses, venues, my reputation in the industry, and even the Dao itself. I’m not willing to gamble all that just to meet your expectations. Unfortunately, upgrades don’t come free, and this budget is an accurate figure to cover this new spot in ⌐◨-◨’s, not the entire build/ move.
You’ve been heavily against this prop since it hit candidate, ive lost count of reasons listed. I get it - you’re passionate. But that might have blinded you to the opportunity that’s actually being presented here and what it does for proliferating this Dao.
