provide-25-fork-nouns-as-liquidity-for-$nounsI cant comment on the regulatory aspect others highlighted, but I am in favor of the DAO actively participating in this token, largely as it drives utility back to the main unit of value, the NFT.
As mentioned in farcaster, I think it makes sense for us to deposit Nouns into this contract for $nouns. What we do with the $nouns from there is debatable - I personally think it makes sense to add liquidity for the token on major dexes.
Beyond that, i think it also makes sense for us to begin accepting/rewarding props in $nouns as an option in addition to the ETH and USDC we currently support. IMO this is a better option than directly handing out Nouns NFTs from treasury, since the recipient can make a decision to burn the $nouns, hold the $nouns, or swap the $nouns for another currency.
I think one of the best ways that Nouns can deliver on its mission for proliferating the meme is through our own native utility currency - this is an important step towards that.
