While I appreciate the initiative to grow TVL on Unichain, this proposal feels heavily front-loaded in cost ($300K service fee + $400K incentives) with limited transparency around performance accountability. A $500K bonus based on a wide TVL band also seems misaligned with protocol efficiency. I'd prefer a more milestone-based, cost-effective approach with clearer KPIs before committing this scale of funds.
