I’m honestly gobsmacked at how many people have no idea about Nouns Dao at these catering gigs we do, but really, we shouldn’t be surprised. Right now, we’ve got individual proposers shilling their own achievements and a handful of community members reposting to the same circle. It’s an echo chamber shouting into itself, not a strategy to grow. And for the few who do stumble into our ecosystem, we’ve made it a maze of clients with no map, how can we expect them to stay and engage?
We’re neglecting the most powerful proliferation tools at our fingertips when growing our reach is the goal. We have many members in here doing pretty incredible things, but you’ve got to flaunt the feast to fill the table. Investing some money into telling these stories is money well spent - hire a professional team, build some decentralised infrastructure, people pitch campaigns and members vote.
