# Delegate Treasury Nouns to Nouncil.eth
This proposal delegates treasury Nouns to Nouncil.eth, an open body of Nounish participants where anyone can join and each member has one vote.
Currently Nouncil is 51 participants with 28 active on the last proposal voting closed for (969). A new bot has been installed to track voting, we will be removing people who have dropped below a 69% participation rate.
Nouncil currently controls 39 votes, the group meets weekly to discuss props, with no compensation.
