I also would like to propose for next event related proposals we focus more in supporting nouners to attend to those conferences as part of the budget. At the end of the day the p2p conversation with nouners converts Nouns sales more than everything. So a line in the budget and a dispute to be one of the 10 nouners to be sponsored to attend would be cool, being that another perk of having a noun.
