Memo 0xbdee1168…2222da on Ethereum

I submitted two proposals based on the artist's palette. When I first learned about NOUN, the most interesting part was that 10% of the budget would be used to create and support projects for artists. I created the second proposal based on the artist's palette. The palette represents the artist's identity. Even within W3, I chose an item with a wide range of colors, one of the first things people associate with artists. The first proposal was simple, but it didn't attract much attention. This proposal, like yours, reflects my personal preferences. I believe NOUN is like stagnant water. My perspective is that, since I first encountered NOUN, I've been exploring ways for artists to voluntarily participate in this DAO. I actively participate in various NOUN DAO events. My goal is to attract more people, especially artists, by engaging them. However, this hasn't been the case. They're engaged in activities that support their real lives, and they're not even interested in cryptocurrencies or NFTs. I think that's the biggest challenge. To solve their real-world problems, we need something that can replace large prizes and profits. Or, we need something truly fun and sustainable to engage with. The mustache on the second palette I created signifies this. It was already predicted that this second proposal would fail. Thank you for reading this long post, and I'm grateful to the person who gave me a vote of approval.
