Judging by the location on a map, it doesn't appear that this will be visible in any meaningful way from off the property. I'd like to see them actually fully execute their ChocoVrbs project, focusing on building that business which was funded already vs trying to build even more stuff. Selling 130 bars and then stating you need Nouns DAO members to buy chocolate to further your goal is not realistic. You stated you would be at break even, but there is no way that only selling 130 bars is break even or close to it. You should be out selling and marketing your product right now. Being able to produce 150-500 bars a month is not the same as actually having sales which would require the production capacity. I'd like to see the first project be successful before sending this group more money."*
