Abstain - Wins FOR - 7 VOTES nataliecrue | "Not sure why people are voting against when they don’t participate nor do they thoroughly vet organizations by their own admission." AGAINST - 8 VOTES coolbeans1r.eth | "Would love to see this money go elsewhere, putting it into the treasury is the opposite of what should be done. It was already spent on charity, it should still be spent on charity IMO." ABSTAINS - 10 VOTES

It would be nice if we could just spin up some tech to have the DAO itself control the vote or send the votes to Nouncil where it will be repped by more than just 1 human."* **ABSTAIN 0 VOTES**

#**FOR 223 VOTES** **mikegood.eth** **nocguild.eth** | *"s/o noc legend duckhead"* **pipe da snowman** | *"Duckhead will be able to take orders for the vinyl toys at the toy shows, the 100+ resin prototypes give a good idea of the final vinyl products, whilst also serving as collectibles themselves. We need more thoughtful products like this imo, these are hugely collectible and have a real chance of breaking through into gacha market in asia. Duckhead has been making beautiful nounish art for years now, and I hope we can let him cook and deliver a thousand of these toys and market them irl for us at the same time. Holding one of these in a photo beats wearing irl noggles imo, support the noggles-off vibe here 100%, it is clearly nounish. Now, potential future noggle-wearing editions might become the rarest, if we design it this way. Huge scope here and appreciate this is a long game and going through the process correctly and carefully is wise. Thanks to Duckhead for the proposal."* **davinoyesigye.eth** **AGAINST 1 VOTES** **coolbeans1r.eth** | *"I appreciate the effort put into this proposal, but I cannot support it in its current state. I have a few major concerns: For a Nouns funded project, the lack of Noggles is a significant issue. Noggles are the primary visual identifier of the brand. Even as an optional accessory, they are essential to bridge the gap between "general toy" and "Nounish toy." Without them, the brand alignment feels too weak. The proposal centers on the Taipei Toy Festival as the primary activation, yet the production timeline suggests the toys won't be ready until Christmas 2026. This creates a disconnect... we are funding an activation where the primary product won't be available. The distribution and sales strategy remains unclear. Is this a marketing expense (treasury funds spent for exposure) or a commercial venture? Furthermore, there are no hard metrics or KPIs for success. I am concerned that this proposal relies too heavily on "vibes" rather than concrete, measurable outcomes that the DAO can use to evaluate the success of this capital allocation. I would be open to supporting a revised version that includes clear branding, a production schedule that aligns with the event, and a concrete plan for distribution and data collection."* **ABSTAIN 0 VOTES**

**FOR 1 VOTES** **eliankutse.eth** **AGAINST 155 VOTES** **mikegood.eth** **coolbeans1r.eth** | *"Nope. Nope. Nope. Voter retention issues are not solved by making the entry more expensive. They are solved by making the DAO more interesting to participate in. If people are leaving or diluting, it’s usually because the governance feels stale, the proposals are uninspiring, or they don’t feel like their voice matters. Raising the price doesn't fix the product, it just narrows the user base. If a proposal restricts entry, it increases centralization. The DUNA structure was meant to provide a foundation for massive, decentralized, and legal compliant scaling, not to protect a small, wealthy core of incumbents."* **ABSTAIN 0 VOTES**

Judging by the location on a map, it doesn't appear that this will be visible in any meaningful way from off the property. I'd like to see them actually fully execute their ChocoVrbs project, focusing on building that business which was funded already vs trying to build even more stuff. Selling 130 bars and then stating you need Nouns DAO members to buy chocolate to further your goal is not realistic. You stated you would be at break even, but there is no way that only selling 130 bars is break even or close to it. You should be out selling and marketing your product right now. Being able to produce 150-500 bars a month is not the same as actually having sales which would require the production capacity. I'd like to see the first project be successful before sending this group more money."* **ABSTAIN 0 VOTES**
