# Giza Treasury Partnership Proposal
A few additional notes on top
-Giza is not FDIC insured, like any other defi, we could lose principal. That said, their record is clean so far, moved billions without hack.
-We have about 100 eth remaining from prop 4 that's not used, might as well serve as reserve for now in case Giza fails, or think about it another way, that's 18% not put into Giza if we consider the total as 477+100=577eth
-Giza can be withdraw almost instantly, no lockup. So anytime future props need money to spend, we can withdraw easily, or use the reserve

Giza Treasury Partnership Proposal
This proposal seeks to adjust the execution of treasury management for the Loot DAO capital and yield.

Giza is a platform that creates sustainable and high defi yields 24/7 with autonomous agents. Thanks to DAO contributors having a solid relationship with the Giza team we have this partnership proposal to increase the yield of the current treasury.
As part of this partnership, Giza has guaranteed a 10% yield on the entire capital we hold - 477 ETH. Yield is generated through their autonomous agent “ARMA” which manages the capital deposited and constantly rebalances that capital through multiple lending platforms.
If the agent delivers less than a 10% yield, $GIZA token incentives will offset the shortfall to ensure a minimum 10% yield.
Lending platforms utilised include: Morpho, Aave, Euler, Fluid, Moonwell, Seamless & Compound.
A summary of the Arma agent Infrastructure:
Every treasury, institution, or entity is assigned its own dedicated agent.
Capital is always held in isolated, non-custodial smart accounts, with agents operating strictly within predefined parameters and timelines.
This architecture ensures agents can be tailored to the unique risk profile and capital requirements of each treasury.
On the upside of agentic management:
Giza Agents thrive on the core capability of digesting vast amounts of real time onchain data and allocating capital to the most profitable venues. Over the past six months, this has nearly doubled user yields using only blue-chip, low-risk destinations, no complex loops, no unvetted pools.
Treasury and institutional upside goes beyond yield: time saved, operational overhead reduced, and execution handled with built-in safety are as valuable as returns. Even under selective options, the agent is the most effective way to deploy capital.

Execution
Following on from Proposal 9 if this proposal is approved:
All capital within the yield multisig will be removed from the current yield strategy outlined in proposal 9.
All capital within the yield multisig will be placed within the Arma protocol for increased yield.
This is only an adjustment to proposal 9 and will only affect the yield component. All other aspects such as not touching the principal and LORDS buybacks remain in place and will remain in place.
