When the contract was deployed, it minted 100% of the set total supply to the owner/deployer wallet but before doing so called a function called _beforeTokenTransfer().
_beforeTokenTransfer() is often found in contracts but 1) is rarely used 2) exists as a way to invoke what some may call side-effects. In this case, they used it for a nefarious purpose.
That wallet then waited for the opportune moment to swap and drain nearly all of the liquidity. And after the first swap (that drained most of the ETH), the greedy swine's swapped again to lap up the slops.
