meet-me-at-the-truck,-right-in-front-of-the-venueI’m supportive of this proposal overall, it feels very nounish and I like the direction of building repeatable IRL activations around something as universal as coffee.
That said, I’d love to see a bit more clarity around goals, specifically in terms of measurable outcomes. Even something lightweight like targets for UGC coming out of each activation (posts, clips, reach, etc.) would help make the impact more legible without over-constraining the creativity.
I also wish there was at least some plan for 1–2 US-based activations. Totally understand the focus on Europe given your location, but even lighter-weight versions without the full physical setup could go a long way in extending the reach.
Overall though, excited about the vision and happy to support, just think tightening those areas would make it even stronger ⌐◨-◨
