# Vote with clarity and confidence - Bringing Small Cities Onchain
Prop [788](https://www.nouns.camp/proposals/788) is up, and we created this topic to make sure you can cast your vote with clarity and confidence.
Over the past few months, we’ve seen a recurring theme in Prop feedback: a strong desire for proposals that are **replicable, scalable, self-sustainable, and socially impactful**.
With that in mind, we developed a simple, yet layered, idea that brings all of these principles together in a single proposal.
We believe it has the potential to deliver real value to the DAO, from **brand visibility** to **cultural influence,** while helping shape a new path forward.
We’re doing our best to meet the DAO’s expectations, and this proposal is an important opportunity to influence new cultures through Web3. Even more powerful: it’s a model that **any of you can replicate in your own community**.

**Here’s a quick summary of the proposal. The detailed implementation of the first pilot is in the Prop itself:**

The goal is to create a **business plan that any builder can replicate in their own community**, in partnership with a local social project.
In our case, we’ll be doing it in my hometown: **Búzios, Brazil.**
The project has two phases, and this proposal is for **Phase 1**. (Phase 2 doesn’t require DAO funding.)
**Phase 1**
We’ll fund a local social project to structure its educational arm, turning the space into an **innovation hub** with workshops and hackathons. Once the educational side is running, we’ll conduct research to understand how open local businesses are to accepting crypto payments.
**Phase 2**
Based on the research, we’ll create a Web3 services branch inside the project to help local businesses onboard into crypto. This will generate revenue, **making the project self-sustainable** — and potentially bringing value back to the DAO.
Through this model, we’ll support the **local economy in the short term**, educate the **next generation in the long term**, and build a **replicable and self-sustaining model** for other communities.vote-with-clarity-and-confidence---bringing-small-cities-onchain
