wages/budget ratio should be analysed in consideration of the prop category.
Being a prop for 12 months and focused on software development, it's normal that the majority of the fund is about wages.
You can see this in many other software props as well like PropHouse/Rounds, Camp, Verbs, Wand and many many more.
The amount of the dev wages should be a more important parameter imh, and that's why we kept them at 10k/month, below the average.
