We are indeed working directly with CAFA which is the art school directly under Ministry of Education. CAFA International College (IC) is officially established by CAFA and managed by it. (https://www.cafa.edu.cn/st/2017/9019198.htm)
CAFAIC functional position and aim is to cooperate with first-class art schools locally and abroad. (i.e CAFA International arm); thus Nouns' art installation was recommended to be installed in CAFAIC
CAFAIC similar to CAFA is state own, managed by CAFA's state-owned asset management body, which operates under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council of China.

Noggle will be installed in CAFAIC, thus a different address. Example - National University of Singapore (NUS), their business school and Math school have different address (in very diff location), but that does not mean they are not under the same educational institute of NUS. Similarly, CAFAIC might not share the same address, but they are under the same educational institute of CAFA.
