While I agree that a DAO doesn't necessarily need a "CEO" I do think it should have a team of people leading responsibly and following best practices. This is not that. I am 100% in support of running a prop house round, but I think we need to set up a multi-sig to store the funds, not give them directly to the person who has basically not said a word to the community that he started. If this was a known individual who's reputation was on the line, maybe I'd feel differently but this seems irresponsible and risky.
Please refrain from trying to open the DAO to rug potential in future proposals. It is not fair on people who take security and decentralization seriously. Our funds are in the treasury too. Satori is excited to build with other TraitWorks members, except for those who don't follow best practices that all other DAOs follow. Working TOGETHER we can get the job done!

Not against a reserve but I believe 0.15 is potentially too high and could cause issues down the road when considering secondary market dynamics (pools specifically) and potential lack of demand.
