Satori here,</p><p>Satori does not appreciate the façade of caring that Bob puts on in pretending to be a thoughtful buildooor and would prefer actual effort in coordinating properly with other DAO members to ensure this experiment is successful, rather than a cop-out such as the previous proposal.</p><p>If Bob wanted to build with the DAO, he would communicate with other members directly (how else are we supposed to build together?) rather than putting up passive-aggressive proposals and excusing himself from any responsibility by sharing his email. (What is this? 2011? We use Discord now sir).</p><p>If Bob has time to post proposals to send messages to the DAO, he has time to join our Discord. We, as a DAO, will respond to <u>all</u> questions and requests there. <a href="https://discord.gg/MC6b95vc" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://discord.gg/MC6b95vc</a></p><p>Satori does not want Bob to be CEO, and since Bob does not want this responsibility he should have no qualms about relinquishing the veto power. Decentralize TraitWorks&&<p>This proposal simply removes the founder's veto to further decentralize TraitWorks DAO. Given that the founder has not been communicating with the community it only seems fitting to remove the veto power and ensure that each proposal is solely in the hands of voters.</p>

I like this idea as a prop house round but I do think it is a bit early to have these few people (DAO members) decide how to spend these funds right away. I am of the belief we shouldn't just jump right in and spend the treasury with so few holders. I would ask that other DAO members here exercise a bit more patience in wanting to spend it so we can have a larger diversity of holders. But we should keep it in the treasury to help incentivize builders. BTW the actions and comments from many of the DAO members are one of the reasons I am not a fan of pre-seeding DAOs.

While I agree that a DAO doesn't necessarily need a "CEO" I do think it should have a team of people leading responsibly and following best practices. This is not that. I am 100% in support of running a prop house round, but I think we need to set up a multi-sig to store the funds, not give them directly to the person who has basically not said a word to the community that he started. If this was a known individual who's reputation was on the line, maybe I'd feel differently but this seems irresponsible and risky. Please refrain from trying to open the DAO to rug potential in future proposals. It is not fair on people who take security and decentralization seriously. Our funds are in the treasury too. Satori is excited to build with other TraitWorks members, except for those who don't follow best practices that all other DAOs follow. Working TOGETHER we can get the job done!

Nouns Head Design Round&&<p>GM buildooors, Bob here!</p><p><strong>tl;dr: </strong>This proposal will fund a Prop House round for the creation of new Nouns heads.</p><p><strong>Round: </strong>TraitWorks members will vote on 6 Nouns head designs from the entrants and award them 1.69 Ethereums each.</p><p><strong>Rules: </strong>The round will stipulate that addresses should make 1 submission each and have 1 head as their submission. Entrants can include a short description of their head and, if they want, any additional designs below. But they must submit 1 main design as their submission.</p><p><em>Bob would ask the prop house people to make sure that the maximum amount of TraitWorks tokens can vote on submissions. Any TraitWorks tokens bought before the end of the submission period will be included in the voting snapshot.
