I believe this claim falls under the ANC+MIR+UST De-Peg Bundled Cover criteria 4, 5, and 6 copied below:\n\n```\n4. During the Cover Period, there is a loss in value of the UST as it moves off-peg, trading below $0.88 based on a 10-day Time Weighted Average Price (TWAP) calculated using market data extracted from Coingecko; and\n5. The insured is holding UST or any representation of UST supplied directly as liquidity in the wallet or in accounts with any custodians (e.g. centralized exchange, asset management providers, etc.) at the time of purchase of the Cover; and\n6. The loss is directly linked to the wallet address, which the insured used to purchase the Cover or the insured is able to provide evidence to prove the ownership of the impacted wallet address and accounts with any custodians; and\n```\n\nI have reviewed the exclusion criteria and find that none apply.\n\nThe claimed loss occurred to the 29,188.07 UST associated with my Terra Station Wallet: terra1qrfw29cxqn4fz2cvzkdynyxdecwhmetnwnv4s5.\n\nAfter reviewing the blogpost which directs claimants to transfer the funds to the ethereum address associated with the contract I have done so - the funds are now located in the 0x4c18 address. The supporting transaction hash is 14D90704D4E048CC3F6E3C7EE3FE6E00BCB4E944ECF2370249CA9588FB4877EA. My 0x4c18 address is recorded in the memo line.\n\nA digital signature using my Eth address (0x4c18) private key of this address is provided in supplement 1 below. At current market rate (6/17) of $1,084.75 per ETH, the claimed amount has a pre-depeg rate valued at 26.9 ETH, well in excess of my coverage max.\n\nAt the time of the de-peg event, these funds were stored as aUSD stored on Mirror Protocol. I would like to highlight cover criteria 5. The aUST falls under a representation of UST from Anchor (a protocol covered under the umbrella) and deposited on Mirror (another protocol covered under the umbrella contract). \n\nThe blog post request screenshots demonstrating UST holdings on 5/3 and 5/13. I am not aware of a block explorer that will demonstrate holdings at a given time, further the dApp does not allow images to be uploaded. I have instead provided transaction summaries and hashes of aUST funds being deposited and then withdrawn from Mirror.
