I see the prop is going to pass, and I am glad coz TLNS is great! I am gonna vote no coz I think it should cost the DAO lower to organize weekly twitter spaces, and 36 eth is too high. That said, now I'll make more an effort to attend or relisten to them

# Retroactive: The Biggest Lil Movie - nounish documentary series gm Nouns DAO. Happy new year! I am Salman. In April 2023, during the Nouns Hack Week, I kickstarted a documentary project called The Biggest Lil Movie. Part 1 has previously won half a prize (1 eth) as a result of a tie in the 10th place on Nouns Hack Week art & media round. My initial brainstorming during hack week, fully documented in the blog above and the videos, led to envisioning a storyline and recording footage I needed beyond the hack week to make it happen. After a lot of effort, intense thought, and many many editing hours, this would shape into a one-of-a-kind, thrilling documentary about the DAO / NFT space, imho like no other. I think this proposal presents an opportunity to increase utility of something that's already been built and funded by lils, and maintain it for 5 years. Also, am just finding out about this tool, and do see myself using it.

The proposed funding amount of 6 ETH, with 1 ETH per person funded, out of a 9 ETH treasury, does not align with the notion of an "infinite" resource. Moving forward, I believe it would be beneficial for the community to establish a framework or guidelines to ensure consistency and transparency in similar proposals. Without a clear plan in place, I am hesitant to endorse this proposal as it may result in unfair funding practices.
