# Fund FWA Liquidity & Loot Dungeon Rewards
### TL;DR
Authorize **80 original Loot Bags + 4 ETH** for activation through the [Fake World Assets Protocol](https://www.fwa.fun/).
- **Backing:** 0.05 ETH per Bag
- **Eligible Bags:** any 80 unique Bags from the 102-Bag Loot Yield multisig pool
- **Purpose:** bring renewed attention, liquidity, and market activity to Loot while putting treasury-held Bags to productive use
- **Execution:** timing, sequencing, and the number of listings will remain flexible based on FWA activity and market conditions
- **Economics:** listings can generate protocol fees, FWA rewards, and potential acquisition-fee revenue, though returns are not guaranteed
In parallel, authorize **16 ETH** for the Loot Survivor Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon reward pool and **1 ETH** for coordinated marketing and launch activation.
**Total request: 80 Loot Bags + 21 ETH.**
## **Summary**
Loot started as an open, onchain primitive: 8,000 Bags, no roadmap, and only a simple invitation to build.
This proposal capitalizes on two timely opportunities to bring renewed attention and activity back to Loot.
First, [FWA has listed Loot](https://x.com/token_works/status/2092601244724465827), creating an opportunity to activate treasury-held Loot Bags through one of the most visible ongoing experiments in onchain NFT markets.
Second, Loot Survivor is launching a **Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon**, providing Loot Bags with a functional role inside a live, fully onchain game.
Together, these initiatives create two complementary entry points into Loot: markets and gameplay.
## **1. Loot × FWA**
FWA is a highly visible experiment in turning NFTs into active onchain market assets. Loot is now supported by the protocol. We propose allocating **80 Loot Bags + 4 ETH** to activate Loot on FWA.
The goals are to:
- bring Loot back into the wider Ethereum conversation
- create new liquidity and market activity around Loot Bags
- put treasury-held assets to productive use
- generate potential revenue for the DAO
FWA is already attracting meaningful attention within the Ethereum ecosystem. Loot’s listing creates an opportunity to participate directly in that activity while introducing the collection to a new audience.
### **Bag provenance**
The Bags will come from the **102 original Loot Bags held by the Loot Yield multisig**, which were acquired through the recent **Loot Micro Strategy Phase One**.
This proposal authorizes the use of **any 80 unique Loot Bags from that 102-Bag pool**.
The timing, sequencing, and execution will remain flexible and will be determined based on FWA activity and market conditions.
### **Mechanics and economics**
Each Bag will be backed with **0.05 ETH**, FWA’s current minimum:
- **Winner keeps the Bag:** the Bag transfers to the winner, and approximately 0.0495 ETH returns to the treasury after the current 1% settlement cut.
- **Winner takes the offer:** the winner receives 0.045 ETH, and the Bag returns to the treasury.
FWA listings also accrue protocol fees and may receive FWA rewards.
Under the current parameters, the theoretical gross acquisition-fee expectation is approximately equal to the backing amount over a listing’s full lifecycle: about **0.05 ETH per Bag**, or **4 ETH across 80 Bags**.
This is not guaranteed yield. Results depend on selection variance, user choices, protocol activity, parameter changes, and smart-contract risk.
The proposal is primarily a **Loot activation and distribution campaign**.
## **2. Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon**
Loot Survivor has spent years extending Loot’s original idea into an active, fully onchain game.
The upcoming **Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon** takes that idea one step further by bringing original Loot Bags directly into gameplay.
We propose allocating **16 ETH** to the Dungeon reward pool. These funds may be converted into another token or onchain position where appropriate, with the goal of making the reward pool yield-generating while supporting ongoing Dungeon rewards.
BYOB gives existing Loot holders a new reason to use their Bags and gives users who discover Loot through FWA an active, Loot-native experience to explore.
## **3. Coordinated Activation**
The two initiatives reinforce each other.
**FWA creates market attention, liquidity, and potential treasury revenue.**
**Loot Survivor converts that attention into participation, gameplay, and deeper ecosystem activity.**
An additional **1 ETH** will fund a coordinated marketing and activation strategy around both launches.
This may include creative production, content, partnerships, distribution, community activations, and other launch-related initiatives.
The objective is to turn the FWA listing and the BYOB Dungeon into one coordinated Loot activation.
## **Funding Request**
| Allocation | Request |
| :--- | :--- |
| **FWA liquidity** | 80 Loot Bags + 4 ETH |
| **BYOB Dungeon rewards** | 16 ETH |
| **Marketing and activation** | 1 ETH |
| **Total** | **80 Loot Bags + 21 ETH** |
## **Execution of the Proposal**
If approved, the Loot treasury custodians will transfer **17 ETH** to the Starknet address `0x061a55ab9a4C739Ab1d4e04A4F6628D51b8601de150d2ee46C7835c8dA5964dD`. Of this amount, **16 ETH** will be used for Loot BYOB Dungeon rewards, and **1 ETH** will be used for coordinated marketing and launch activation.
As previously stated, the **80 Loot Bags and 4 ETH** will be deployed strategically on FWA in coordination with the Loot BYOB launch sequence.
## **Conclusion**
FWA gives Loot a timely opportunity to re-enter the wider Ethereum conversation through market activity, distribution, and experimentation. Loot Survivor gives that attention somewhere to flow. This proposal puts our treasury-held Bags to work and funds a coordinated effort to bring attention and activity back to Loot.
