# Fund FWA Liquidity & Loot Dungeon Rewards
### TL;DR
Authorize **80 original Loot Bags + 4 ETH** for activation through the [Fake World Assets Protocol](https://www.fwa.fun/).
- **Backing:** 0.05 ETH per Bag
- **Eligible Bags:** any 80 unique Bags from the 102-Bag Loot Yield multisig pool
- **Purpose:** bring renewed attention, liquidity, and market activity to Loot while putting treasury-held Bags to productive use
- **Execution:** timing, sequencing, and the number of listings will remain flexible based on FWA activity and market conditions
- **Economics:** listings can generate protocol fees, FWA rewards, and potential acquisition-fee revenue, though returns are not guaranteed
In parallel, authorize **16 ETH** for the Loot Survivor Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon reward pool and **1 ETH** for coordinated marketing and launch activation.
**Total request: 80 Loot Bags + 21 ETH.**
## **Summary**
Loot started as an open, onchain primitive: 8,000 Bags, no roadmap, and only a simple invitation to build.
This proposal capitalizes on two timely opportunities to bring renewed attention and activity back to Loot.
First, [FWA has listed Loot](https://x.com/token_works/status/2092601244724465827), creating an opportunity to activate treasury-held Loot Bags through one of the most visible ongoing experiments in onchain NFT markets.
Second, Loot Survivor is launching a **Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon**, providing Loot Bags with a functional role inside a live, fully onchain game.
Together, these initiatives create two complementary entry points into Loot: markets and gameplay.
## **1. Loot × FWA**
FWA is a highly visible experiment in turning NFTs into active onchain market assets. Loot is now supported by the protocol. We propose allocating **80 Loot Bags + 4 ETH** to activate Loot on FWA.
The goals are to:
- bring Loot back into the wider Ethereum conversation
- create new liquidity and market activity around Loot Bags
- put treasury-held assets to productive use
- generate potential revenue for the DAO
FWA is already attracting meaningful attention within the Ethereum ecosystem. Loot’s listing creates an opportunity to participate directly in that activity while introducing the collection to a new audience.
### **Bag provenance**
The Bags will come from the **102 original Loot Bags held by the Loot Yield multisig**, which were acquired through the recent **Loot Micro Strategy Phase One**.
This proposal authorizes the use of **any 80 unique Loot Bags from that 102-Bag pool**.
The timing, sequencing, and execution will remain flexible and will be determined based on FWA activity and market conditions.
### **Mechanics and economics**
Each Bag will be backed with **0.05 ETH**, FWA’s current minimum:
- **Winner keeps the Bag:** the Bag transfers to the winner, and approximately 0.0495 ETH returns to the treasury after the current 1% settlement cut.
- **Winner takes the offer:** the winner receives 0.045 ETH, and the Bag returns to the treasury.
FWA listings also accrue protocol fees and may receive FWA rewards.
Under the current parameters, the theoretical gross acquisition-fee expectation is approximately equal to the backing amount over a listing’s full lifecycle: about **0.05 ETH per Bag**, or **4 ETH across 80 Bags**.
This is not guaranteed yield. Results depend on selection variance, user choices, protocol activity, parameter changes, and smart-contract risk.
The proposal is primarily a **Loot activation and distribution campaign**.
## **2. Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon**
Loot Survivor has spent years extending Loot’s original idea into an active, fully onchain game.
The upcoming **Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon** takes that idea one step further by bringing original Loot Bags directly into gameplay.
We propose allocating **16 ETH** to the Dungeon reward pool. These funds may be converted into another token or onchain position where appropriate, with the goal of making the reward pool yield-generating while supporting ongoing Dungeon rewards.
BYOB gives existing Loot holders a new reason to use their Bags and gives users who discover Loot through FWA an active, Loot-native experience to explore.
## **3. Coordinated Activation**
The two initiatives reinforce each other.
**FWA creates market attention, liquidity, and potential treasury revenue.**
**Loot Survivor converts that attention into participation, gameplay, and deeper ecosystem activity.**
An additional **1 ETH** will fund a coordinated marketing and activation strategy around both launches.
This may include creative production, content, partnerships, distribution, community activations, and other launch-related initiatives.
The objective is to turn the FWA listing and the BYOB Dungeon into one coordinated Loot activation.
## **Funding Request**
| Allocation | Request |
| :--- | :--- |
| **FWA liquidity** | 80 Loot Bags + 4 ETH |
| **BYOB Dungeon rewards** | 16 ETH |
| **Marketing and activation** | 1 ETH |
| **Total** | **80 Loot Bags + 21 ETH** |
## **Execution of the Proposal**
If approved, the Loot treasury custodians will transfer **17 ETH** to the Starknet address `0x061a55ab9a4C739Ab1d4e04A4F6628D51b8601de150d2ee46C7835c8dA5964dD`. Of this amount, **16 ETH** will be used for Loot BYOB Dungeon rewards, and **1 ETH** will be used for coordinated marketing and launch activation.
As previously stated, the **80 Loot Bags and 4 ETH** will be deployed strategically on FWA in coordination with the Loot BYOB launch sequence.
## **Conclusion**
FWA gives Loot a timely opportunity to re-enter the wider Ethereum conversation through market activity, distribution, and experimentation. Loot Survivor gives that attention somewhere to flow. This proposal puts our treasury-held Bags to work and funds a coordinated effort to bring attention and activity back to Loot.
# Loot Survivor Governance & BYOB Dungeon Proposal
## Summary
This proposal seeks to approve the following three actions:
1. Establish a 3/5 multisig on Starknet for the purpose of custodying Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR tokens.
2. Grant the multisig limited authority to participate in Survivor DAO governance on Loot DAO’s behalf, including voting and vote delegation.
3. Allocate 100,000 $SURVIVOR tokens from Loot DAO's Survivor token holdings to be used as in-dungeon rewards for a Loot-exclusive Bring Your Own Bag dungeon.
## Background
Loot DAO currently owns 1,324,624 $SURVIVOR tokens on Starknet. These tokens are currently held in a 2/3 multisig at address 0x061a55ab9a4C739Ab1d4e04A4F6628D51b8601de150d2ee46C7835c8dA5964dD by members of the Loot Survivor core team.
This custody arrangement was created as a practical temporary structure while Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR allocation was finalized. Now that Loot DAO holds a meaningful economic and governance stake in Survivor DAO, it is appropriate to move these tokens into a broader multisig controlled by trusted members of the Loot community.
This proposal establishes that structure.
## Proposed Starknet Multisig
If this proposal is approved, 1,224,624 $SURVIVOR tokens will be transferred to a new 3/5 Starknet multisig at address 0x07eAF35BDBd8Ba399C7B206C9e4d68CC0A78Cc4fA214B3Be4aB2db17C5bF0E0e secured by the following five members of the Loot community:
- Taylor Zhang
- Calcutator
- Flashrekt
- Caygeon
- Loothero
These members were selected based on their seniority in Loot DAO, familiarity with Loot Survivor and Starknet, and their substantial collective ownership of Loot bags.
The remaining 100,000 $SURVIVOR tokens will be left in the current account to be used as rewards in a new Loot Bring-Your-Own-Bag dungeon which is outlined later in the proposal.
## Survivor DAO Governance Authority
Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR position gives Loot holders a meaningful governance stake in the future of Loot Survivor and Survivor DAO.
The original intended approach was to mirror Survivor DAO proposals to Loot DAO and reflect the votes. While this was a reasonable approach in theory, in practice, this approach is not workable because Loot DAO proposals require a longer voting and execution timeline than Survivor DAO proposals. As a result, by the time a Loot DAO vote could be created, discussed, completed, and interpreted, the corresponding Survivor DAO vote may already be closed. This timing mismatch makes it impractical for Loot DAO to mirror Survivor DAO votes on a proposal-by-proposal basis.
For this reason, this proposal adopts a more practical governance model: Loot DAO will authorize a five-member committee, operating through the 3/5 Starknet multisig, to vote and delegate Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR tokens in Survivor DAO governance.
This committee is expected to vote in the best interests of Loot DAO, the Loot ecosystem, and the long-term alignment between Loot and Loot Survivor.
## Scope of Multisig Authority
The 3/5 multisig will serve as the Starknet custodian for Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR tokens.
Loot DAO retains the authority to add or remove signers from the multisig through a successful Loot DAO vote. Any signer change approved by Loot DAO should be executed by the multisig in a reasonable amount of time.
At creation, the multisig is authorized to:
1. Vote and delegate votes in Survivor DAO governance on behalf of Loot DAO.
2. Execute future Loot DAO decisions involving Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR tokens.
The multisig is not authorized to transfer, sell, swap, stake, lend, or otherwise use Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR tokens unless approved by a successful Loot DAO vote.
This keeps authority with Loot DAO while allowing the multisig to act as an efficient Starknet executor and Survivor DAO governance participant.
## Loot Bring Your Own Bag Dungeon
In addition to establishing Starknet custody and governance permissions, this proposal approves the use of 100,000 $SURVIVOR tokens to be used as in-dungeon rewards for a Loot-exclusive Bring Your Own Bag dungeon. For clarity, 100% of these tokens will be made available to Loot holders via in-dungeon rewards and this dungeon will be free to enter for Loot holders who will start their dungeon run using the content of their Loot bag.
## Execution
If this proposal passes:
- 1,224,624.468 of Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR tokens will be transferred from 0x061a55ab9a4C739Ab1d4e04A4F6628D51b8601de150d2ee46C7835c8dA5964dD to the new ⅗ multisig at 0x07eAF35BDBd8Ba399C7B206C9e4d68CC0A78Cc4fA214B3Be4aB2db17C5bF0E0e
- 100,000 $SURVIVOR tokens will be left in their current ⅔ multisig and to be used for the Loot BYOB dungeon.
- The new 3/5 multisig will be authorized to vote and delegate votes in Survivor DAO governance on Loot DAO’s behalf.
## Conclusion
This proposal creates a more resilient and aligned custody structure for Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR tokens, gives Loot the ability to participate in Survivor DAO governance, and funds a dedicated Loot holder activation through a Loot-exclusive BYOB dungeon.
# Survivor DAO - Initial Test Proposal
Mirroring the current Survivor DAO initial test proposal here so Loot holders can vote with Loot's $SURVIVOR allocation. Note in the Survivor DAO funding proposal https://loot-dao-site.vercel.app/vote/12 it was stated the results from Loot DAO vote would be applied pro-rata but this is unfortunately not possible with Open Zeppelin's standard delegation component so instead it will be a simple Yes or No based on the result here where Quorum must be met.
-------------------------------------------------
Summary
This proposal serves as a test transaction to withdraw 1 STRK from the treasury.
The purpose is to validate the governance configuration and confirm that the system can reliably reach and record the 3M quorum threshold.
In parallel, there is a separate proposal introducing an upgradable version of the governance contracts, designed to align with the structure of the Wyoming LLC. A vote on this will translate to a vote on that so we can check the same functionality.

# Loot Survivor Advancement Proposal
**One Liner**
This proposal requests 50 ETH to support the next major expansion of Loot Survivor whilst providing Loot DAO with an increased economic and governance stake in the Loot Survivor ecosystem.
## **History and Inspiration of Loot Survivor**
Loot Survivor emerged from the minimalist brilliance of the original Loot project, a deceptively simple NFT collection launched by Dom Hofmann in 2021. Comprised of white text on a black background, Loot appeared at first glance to represent the ultimate low-effort NFT grift. Strangely, though, the creator paid thousands of dollars to deploy this collection on Ethereum and made it available for… free?
It turns out the deceptively simple appearance of the Loot bags was a feature of the artwork. Meanwhile, encoded in the contracts was a rich structure of metadata, providing the blueprint not just for a game but an entire world \- the Lootverse.
As an early Lootverse pioneer, I was among the first to discover some of Loot’s hidden secrets, wonderfully detailed by @timshel [here](https://x.com/TimshelXYZ/status/1453988147134533634). This became a defining moment in my life and for many others in the Loot community, including the creator.
Despite hundreds of millions in trading volume, it suddenly became apparent that no one actually understood Loot. Meanwhile, one of the previous challenges with Loot was that if everything was “open to interpretation,” how could the community establish basic canonical principles that would allow us to build a world together?
As someone drawn to Loot as an onchain gaming primitive, this changed everything. As I began to understand the data encoded in the Loot contract, I saw the structure for an entire game \- a game that would allow the Loot items to escape the confinement of the Loot bags, be equipped by onchain Adventurers, and realize their full greatness potential.
I would spend the next four years, with several other elite builders, working within the constraints of Ethereum and its network of rollups to deliver on that vision. Despite feeling like a billion random jigsaw-puzzle pieces at times, the structure laid out in the Loot contract served as a reliable guide \- each piece snapping crisply together as the vision of Loot Survivor materialized.
**Loot Survivor is not a Loot derivative; it is Loot brought to life.**
---
## **Major Milestones and Accomplishments**
Loot Survivor has evolved through multiple successful iterations:
* **Loot Survivor 1.0** (November 2023)
- First fully onchain game on Starknet.
- Top 10 all-time contract by usage within opening month.
* **Loot Survivor 1.5** (October 2024)
- Integrated Pragma’s verifiable randomness.
- Debuted the Cartridge Controller, a paradigm changing crypto wallet.
- Achieved 10,000+ games in its opening year.
* **Loot Survivor 2.0** (2025)
- Surpassed 25,000+ games within weeks of launch.
- Accounted for ~25% of all Starknet transactions last week alone.
- Currently generating $1M+ in annualized revenue
**Loot Survivor is not just evolving, it's accelerating.**

##
## **Previous Funding Proposal**
Loot DAO is one of several DAO sponsors of Loot Survivor 2 (proposal: [https://loot-dao-site.vercel.app/vote/4](https://loot-dao-site.vercel.app/vote/4)). While a number of specific details in the original vision for Loot Survivor 2 are not present in the finished product, Loot Survivor 2 is simply the tip of the iceberg.
Powering Loot Survivor 2 is an onchain dungeon engine called Death Mountain, which provides the scaffolding for advanced features such as Bring-Your-Own-Bag. In the two years between that proposal and delivery, it became clear that the market for onchain gaming was too small to focus on leaderboards and competitive play; it was far more strategic to focus on Quests and Collectibles.
Over the last couple of years, we also developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for DeFi systems, learning how to use them to more efficiently distribute value. Where the original proposal envisioned discrete, infrequent rewards (e.g., someone randomly rolling your bag to start the game), the actual implementation uses a more powerful and efficient token buyback system based on the $SURVIVOR token.
To honor and acknowledge Loot DAO’s sponsorship, the Loot Survivor team has allocated 2.5% of the $SURVIVOR supply to Loot DAO.
This provides Loot holders with optionality, including (but not limited to):
* HODL $SURVIVOR to maintain a significant shared economic and governance stake in Loot Survivor.
* A simple distribution of $SURVIVOR to Loot holders.
* Gamified distribution via a custom Loot-only Death Mountain dungeon.
In all cases, the above structure is more economically efficient and simple for Loot holders. The 2.5% is currently being held in a 2/3 multisig on Starknet by the Loot Survivor core devs. [Wallet is here](https://voyager.online/contract/0x061a55ab9a4c739ab1d4e04a4f6628d51b8601de150d2ee46c7835c8da5964dd).
While we are in custody of Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR tokens, we agree to adhere to all custodian requirements outlined in the Loot Treasury Charter ([https://loot-dao-site.vercel.app/vote/10](https://loot-dao-site.vercel.app/vote/10)).

## **The Next Chapter in the Loot Survivor Series**
In addition to debuting a revolutionary onchain game stack and shattering previous records, Loot Survivor 2 also sets the stage for the next major chapter in the Loot Survivor series with the debut of Survivor DAO \- a fully onchain governance structure.
Up to this point, Loot Survivor has been directed by a small number of builders empowered largely via grants from Loot, Bibliotheca, and Genesis Project. Those grants were made to specific entities to execute specific roadmaps. Over the years, however, we have seen a substantial increase in organic contributors to Loot Survivor. From music to art to code, Loot Survivor is becoming a major source of creative inspiration \- just like Loot.
To provide room for additional thought leaders and visionaries to emerge, it’s essential to decentralize the future funding of Loot Survivor initiatives. As such, instead of submitting a proposal for a specific roadmap executed by a specific team, this proposal requests that **Loot allocate 50 ETH to the Loot Survivor DAO, entrusting $SURVIVOR token holders to allocate it in the best interest of Loot Survivor.**
While the spirit of this proposal recognizes Loot Survivor’s ability to spread the spirit and lore of Loot as a public good, it also seeks to further increase Loot’s economic and governance stake in Survivor DAO. This is achieved by **using the 50 ETH to participate in the DAO’s initial offering of 15% of the $SURVIVOR supply.**
This token offering will happen on Ekubo, the most trusted decentralized exchange on Starknet, which features a powerful time-weighted automated market maker (TWAMM). TWAMM allows tokens to be efficiently streamed into an AMM pool over time, enabling efficient and orderly distribution.
By using the 50 ETH for a 90-day DCA buy order that corresponds with the 90-day DCA distribution order, the 50 ETH will be converted into $SURVIVOR on a block-by-block basis, ensuring optimal, and near-unbeatable, price execution. All entities that issue this same order to Ekubo, regardless of size, will receive an identical price. With 100% of proceeds going to the DAO Treasury, this results in Loot providing 50 ETH of support for the continued growth and expansion of Loot Survivor while gaining increased economic and governance interest.
* If participation in the DAO token distribution is low, Loot will acquire a substantial portion of the 15%.
* If participation is high, Loot will acquire a smaller portion, but Survivor DAO will be seeded with more starting capital.

**Provable Games’ Vision for the Future of Loot Survivor**
While the long-term success of Loot Survivor requires it to evolve beyond a single vision executed by a single team, Provable Games remains willing and capable of delivering the next big expansion which we see as Loot Survivor RPG.
While detailing specific features during early stages of development has proven unwise, the headline features include the addition of a native coordinate system for the Loot Survivor Adventurer primitive \- allowing onchain Adventurers to exist within shared, persistent worlds. Whereas previous version of the game take place within a confined treacherous dungeon, Loot Survivor RPG will allow Adventurers to explore the world outside the dungeons.
We intend to lay out a more detailed vision for this title in the coming months as part of a funding proposal to Survivor DAO.
---
## **Loot Holders Voting on Survivor DAO**
As part of this proposal, the active custodians of Loot DAO’s $SURVIVOR treasury agree to mirror all Loot Survivor DAO proposals with a Loot DAO proposal on whichever governance platform Loot DAO is using. The custodians will take the result of the Loot DAO proposal and apply it to the Loot Survivor DAO vote pro rata. For example, if the Loot DAO vote is 75% YES / 25% NO, the custodians will vote YES with 75% of Loot’s $SURVIVOR tokens and NO with 25%.
---
## **Consistency with Loot Treasury Charter**
### **Section 1.04 \- Treasury Tenets**
Loot Survivor is a high-leverage contributor to multiple tenets of the Treasury Charter:
* **Awareness:** As one of the few actively maintained, highly played, and media-covered Loot games, Loot Survivor increases Loot’s visibility across Ethereum and Starknet.
* **Legacy:** Loot Survivor has achieved what few onchain games have: continuity. It is on its third major version, with original code, art, and design open source and CC0.
* **Community:** We prioritize onboarding new players, builders, and storytellers. Our governance is public, and participation is open to anyone with a $SURVIVOR token.
### **Funding Category (Charter Article IV)**
As a **large-scale distribution (\>20 ETH)**, this proposal is structured to comply with **Article IV** of the Loot Treasury Charter:
* **Milestones:** Proposals and initiatives funded via Survivor DAO must pass token-holder votes, creating an ongoing, milestone-driven funding flow.
* **Oversight:** The treasury and all Survivor DAO votes are public, onchain, and governed by community-defined rules.
* **Transparency:** All decisions are timestamped, traceable, and verifiable \- ensuring Loot DAO’s participation is fully auditable.
This framework ensures that the funds allocated through this proposal remain **transparent, accountable, and used for their intended purpose**.
---
### **Execution of Proposal and Transfer of Funds**
If this proposal is accepted, the current custodians of the Loot Treasury will transfer 50 ETH to the following L1 Multisig: 0x6bE4E27E62F27Ad82AB4482f88e60A80C5007e99 where the signers are the trusted Loot Survivor core team members: loothero, distracteddev, await.
The ETH will be bridged to the Starknet Multisig custodying Loot’s current allocation of 2.5% $SURVIVOR [here](https://voyager.online/contract/0x061a55ab9a4c739ab1d4e04a4f6628d51b8601de150d2ee46c7835c8da5964dd). The ETH will be converted to USDC and used to participate in the 90 day $SURVIVOR DCA. At the end of the DCA, the $SURVIVOR proceeds will be deposited back into the multisig where they will not be touched without a Loot DAO vote.
---
### **Forging the Next Chapter of Loot Survivor**
Over the last four years, Loot Survivor has transformed from a spark into one of the most prolific, visible, and based onchain games ever created. Loot Survivor isn’t a Loot game simply because it has Loot in its name or because it features the names of the Loot items, it’s a Loot game because by simply playing Loot Survivor, one develops an increased understanding and love for Loot.
A **“Yes”** to this proposal represents:
* A vote of confidence in Loot Survivor.
* A vote of confidence in loothero.
* A vote in favor of Loot increasing its economic and governance stake in Loot Survivor.
* A desire to see the next chapter of Loot Survivor.
