JAAK is a micro-licensing platform for digital media content. It allows anyone, from large companies to SME's to independent creators, coming to the platform to register and then either contribute or purchase copyrighted material to use within their respective digital creations/publications.

MΞTA is a decentralized open network for organizations to capture, store, verify and communicate commercial metadata. Built on a stack of Ethereum smart contracts and the Swarm decentralized storage platform, JAAK aims to modernize the way in which creators and media companies exchange, share, and distribute their digital rights by providing mechanisms for storage, tracking, and micro-licensing.

- Develop off-chain communication protocol
- Develop token contracts, and incentivisation schemes.

- Develop Smart Contracts (Dapp, Token Contracts, etc.)
- Work with the JAAK team to integrate/build data management solution.
- Implementations on both public and permissioned blockchains.
