Just saw JAAK for the first time here on Ethlance and after getting to know about the project I must say I got really excited! I'm a young portuguese guy that loves decentralization! Besides being involved in independent security audits to 3 Ethereum projects so far I've also founded 3 startups in different spaces (a Biotech hardware device, an event management mobile app and an Adtech company). In the last Adtech startup (clickly.co) I solely designed and coded its original architecture which handled ~100 million requests per day while answering every request in under 100 ms (P99: 98ms). Sebastien (Or Sebrohan as I know him ;-) ) kicked ass for Giveth! He was very responsive to our feed back and a very quick learner, he had never worked in React but learned on the job! We were on a tight schedule trying to get the website out before a Conference and he finished the job. You can see his work here: https://github.com/Giveth/Website-3.0 I could tell he could work autonomously if needed, as he was very autonomous to start, but my colleague Grace, had a specific look she desired so she and Sebrohan worked collaboratively to get the website looking right for the conference. However there were a few style choices in the backend that still need to be reviewed (it was his first time using React after all) , so he and my other colleague Vojtech are working to fix those issues so that he can complete the task exactly as we desire :-) Again, I can't recommend Sebrohan enough, he was very easy to work with and did a fantastic job.
