Thank you for your suggestion. We chose this Noggles design after careful consideration.
1. The location already has enough open space for children to play.
2. We have incorporated a variety of therapeutic elements into this IRL installation.
3. The installation currently in place is the most cost-effective option, featuring a variety of therapeutic elements.

Do you think there’s another way to link this IRL Playground viewer to Nouns?
In my opinion, the quickest way for people to learn about Nouns is by visiting the website, even if the URL isn’t quite right in English 🤔

> Would likely vote to move to a single lil per day auction with no reserve. ....but lots of risks with that also, like additional costs for frontends and development.
>
> 1. In general I think $69 lils (.03 eth) are a good price and mostly affordable. $7 lil's is actually insane, imo, lol..
>
> 2. VRGDA is fun and lets people get lils they vibe with (I've bought 20+ mouse lil's through this way. Not to "control the lil vote" but because i vibe with mice and like the art).
>
> 3. You also don't need lils to vote and gain delegates from other inactive voters. Participation is FREE for many. Some have bought 1-2 lils and control hundreds.. If someone asks they are typically delegated to or sponsored onchain. You can always propose to gain a lil -- Recent artist prop created 4 new lil holders, for example.
>
> "We haven't sold any lils though..." ...uhh, so buy some. Promote the DAO? Onboard your friends?
>
> No money and want more votes? -- Indirectly, or directly ask people to delegate to you. Show them you're a responsible voter who shows up and cares about the DAO and you *will* get delegations (if you prove to use the votes you may get to keep them long term). Go around and tell token holders "*mikegood must be stopped*" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
# Lil Nounsweek : Onboard 10 Indonesian Artist through Bootcamp and Art Exhibition to Lil Nouns
# Overview
- We propose **Lil Nounsweek**, a two-day event designed to **onboard 10 artists** into the Lil Nouns ecosystem.
- The program will include an **art contest**, an **offline bootcamp**, and a curated **art exhibition**.
- Lil Nounsweek will take place on **March 28–29, 2026.**
- The expected outcomes include **10 original Lil Nounish artworks** created by **10 artists**, a deeper understanding of the Lil Nouns ecosystem, and ongoing contributions to the DAO through sustainable artistic initiatives and future collaborative projects.
- To bring this initiative to life, we are requesting **$5,900 USDC** in funding.
# Why Lil Nounsweek?

- Our previous activation in 2024 through **[Nounsweek](https://www.instagram.com/nounsweek/)** in Bali successfully created lasting engagement: 5 out of the 10 finalist artists are still actively contributing to Nouns today — Mindtoasted, Deguma, 0xapril, Mukhlis Absart, and Printilun.
- Building on this experience, we aim to develop Lil Nounsweek into a flagship event for Indonesian artists entering the Lil Nouns ecosystem.
- This event will help energize the DAO through several key activations:
- Increased social media presence and discussion around Lil Nouns art through the art contest.
- A dedicated offline bootcamp for artists focused on understanding and engaging with the Lil Nouns ecosystem.
- A curated art exhibition showcasing Lil Nounish artworks in a conventional gallery setting.
# Activity Details

- **Lil Nouns Art Contest**
- A Lil Nouns–themed art contest will be hosted on Instagram through the Nounsweek account, with a total prize pool of $1,000 USDC.
- Submitted artworks must be in portrait format (1080 × 1920 px). Participants are required to post their work on Instagram, tag Nounsweek and Lil Nouns, and use the hashtag #LilNounsweek.
- From all submissions, 10 outstanding artworks will be selected to participate in the offline bootcamp and art exhibition.
- Winners will be selected by a curatorial team consisting of [0xishal](https://x.com/0xishal), [Nadiecito](https://farcaster.xyz/nadiecito.eth), [Mindtoasted](https://farcaster.xyz/mindtoasted.eth)
- **Offline Bootcamp**
- The 10 selected winners will attend an offline bootcamp in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on March 28–29, 2026.
- The program will cover Web3 fundamentals, DAO introduction, Lil Nouns and Nouns ecosystem insights, participation pathways, and funding mechanisms for artists.
- The bootcamp will also include light team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and align the artists’ shared vision.
- Travel and accommodation costs for all selected artists will be fully covered by the DAO as an additional non-monetary benefit.

- **Art Exhibition at [LAV Gallery](https://www.instagram.com/lavg_gallery/)**
- [LAV Gallery ](https://maps.app.goo.gl/vascHDNaqExUwhUj9)is a respected contemporary art space with institutional collaborations, including **Universitas Negeri Solo** and **Chiba University**, and exhibitions featuring artists such as [Jatti Adji](https://indoartnow.com/artists/jatti-adji) and [Alodia Yap](https://www.instagram.com/alodiayap/), making it a strategic venue to expand Lil Nouns’ cultural presence.

- The 10 finalist artworks from the contest, along with additional Lil Nounish pieces, will be exhibited at LAV Gallery for one week.
- During the exhibition opening, each artist will present and briefly explain their artwork.
- Additional activities will include DIY crafting sessions such as tote bags, piggy banks, wooden keychains, and bucket hats.
- POAP challenges will be placed for visitors attending the gallery throughout the 7-day exhibition period.

# Nounscraft DIY Kit & On Boarding Students

## TL:DR;
- Produce **800 units** of the **Nounscraft DIY Kit**.
- The DIY Kit will be available in four formats: **Totebag**, **Bucket Hat**, **Gnome Wooden Keychain**, and **Paint-by-Number Canvas**.
- Distribute and sell the kits through both **online** and **offline** channels across Indonesia.
- Run weekly **Nounscraft activations** every **Sunday** at the **Car Free Day (CFD) area of Hasanuddin University.**
- To execute this initiative, we are seeking **USDC $5,700** in funding.

## What is the Nounscraft DIY Kit?
- A hands-on creative kit available in four formats: Totebag, Bucket Hat, Gnome Wooden Keychain, and Paint-by-Number Canvas.
- Each kit includes DIY materials, brushes, a palette, and acrylic paints.
- Features playful Nounish designs that encourage creativity and joy.
- Uses simple packaging with a QR code linked to nouns.wtf as an onboarding entry point.
- Supports SDGs by promoting reusable and eco-friendly products.
## Why This Matters
- The Nounscraft DIY Kit naturally and inclusively introduces non-Web3 audiences to the Nouns ecosystem.
- Weekly activations in new strategic locations enable access to a highly relevant market: university students.
- Nounscraft functions as ongoing weekly marketing and continuous onboarding, rather than a one-time campaign.
- Establishes a consistent local presence for Nouns in Indonesia, strengthening grassroots adoption.
- Serves as a replicable role model that can be adapted by other cities or communities.
## On Boarding Strategy
- Place **three QR codes** on the side and back of the **tuk-tuk** as well as on the **DIY packaging**, directly linking to Nouns
- Offer **30–50% discounts** on DIY kits for buyer **who share tweets** with [#nounscraft](https://x.com/search?q=%23nounscraft&src=typed_query&f=media) or **Instagram stories** promoting Nounscraft online
- Enable **USDC payments** with special incentives to encourage Web3 wallet usage and adoption
## Timeline & Deliverable
- **February**
- Design selection process for totebags and paint-by-number canvas.
- Procurement of DIY bases, acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, and cardboard packaging, including QR-code stickers and Nounscraft branding.
- **March – August**
- Launch of offline and online sales.
- Weekly Nounscraft activations every Sunday at the [Car Free Day (CFD) area of Hasanuddin University](https://maps.app.goo.gl/BtS19EKZZpX5fB6T8).
- Student onboarding via X using the #nounscraft campaign.
- Transition toward a financially sustainable operation.
## Sustainability
- 800 DIY Kits will be held as inventory to support operations over a six-month period.
- Targeted weekly sales of 20+ units offline and 10+ units online as the primary revenue streams.
- A small and efficient team keeps operational costs low and sustainable.
- Weekly activations are expected to generate consistent demand and repeat engagement.
- Integrated touchpoints (QR codes, USDC payments, and X promotions) are designed to drive network effects and organic growth.

In the first six months, we will build a strong foundation through clear brand identity, deep audience insight, and stable revenue, reinvesting all sales into expanding DIY offerings. Growth and onboarding will be driven by consistent weekly and monthly activities. With this strategy, we are confident in achieving long-term sustainability, maximizing community engagement, and creating lasting value for Lil Nouns DAO without the need for additional funding.

This makes the venue **highly effective** for reaching Nounscraft’s core target audience while introducing the Nouns ecosystem in a more organic, accessible, and engaging way.
- **Hi! Nounscraft!**

**A five-month** monthly program designed to guide students from web3 curiosity to active DAO participation through accessible discussions on web3, art, and Nouns. Session themes include:

- **Nounscraft Students Festival**

An experimental initiative designed to onboard students into the Nouns ecosystem through **art, research, and future-oriented ideas**. The festival invites Nouns-inspired artworks—both digital and physical—as well as critical explorations of DAOs and Artificial Intelligence. Selected works will be showcased at the Nounscraft Weekly Exhibition at the **end of August**, positioning creative students as the next wave of DAO participants.
- **New DIY Product**

Following an in-depth research process on potential DIY products, we selected **five items** to be developed as the Nounscraft DIY collection: **totebags, caps, wooden keychains, paint-by-number canvases, and piggybanks**. These products reflect the Nouns identity across diverse creative formats while appealing to a broad DIY audience. To ensure sustainability throughout 2026, we plan to produce **1,000 Nounscraft DIY** units as our initial inventory.
- **POAP and X Zone** We introduce Nouns to students through a fast and effective strategy that combines on-chain incentives with social activation. By distributing monthly-designed, **collectible POAPs via X**, students unlock **free coloring activities or discounted Nounscraft products**. @0xADa3...8617
In proposal 709, our planned timeline is 4 months. However, the realization of the proposal may take 6 months. The 2-month operating costs we use are the proceeds from the sale, which include (rent, salaries for 2 teams other than myself, collaboration with other brands). Therefore, we can survive 2 months longer than the timeline in the proposal.
In this 896 proposal, the cost is 54% lower than in the 709 proposal. This is because in this proposal, we aim to achieve sustainability, production, team building, marketing, and collaboration that we will strive to maintain for at least the next 6 months. We do not require a large initial investment because the Nounscraft tuktuk already exists.
The scope of this proposal is also broader, targeting not only children but also university students. Consequently, the budget for activation activities is significantly larger.
For this reason, we have detailed the budget we will use to ensure Nounscraft's sustainability over the next year.
> prefer more shoestring budget and these costs seem inflated, would consider closer to 10% of this funding request in order to achieve a smaller list of focused tasks e.g.;
>
> "We created a DIY kit with a piggy bank, brushes, a palette, and stickers, which sold out all 250 units, attracted ongoing orders, and successfully spread to the Nouns community in Indonesia."
>
> If this sold out / got orders then it feels like there is a sustainable business model here to explore vs asking for $17k grant. Have you made more? Did you follow up on the orders? This is the same text from the proposal 2+ months ago - your production cost is $2.50 per unit so why not get those made and start making money if they are selling out, you can even sell pre-orders or ask Nouns for a smaller grant to get the inventory.
>
> This is just one example of an idea, I like the piggybank painting etc - we have funded Deguma who I believe has achieved self-sustainability with the programs he runs at the dragon booth, so it is definitely possible.
>
> + not clear how this emphasizes noun o'clock
# Nounscraft : A mini gallery of tuk-tuk as a medium connecting non-web3 users to Nouns (V3)
We made revisions based on comments and feedback from Nouners on proposal [863](https://www.nouns.camp/proposals/863) and [875](https://www.nouns.camp/proposals/875), as follows:
- **Reduced Funding Request** → We lowered the funding request by **40%**, from **$29,900** to **$17,940**.
- **Changing the focus of proliferation** → We **focus** not only on **kids activation** but also on **university students** and **non web3 users**.
- Add activity details for students:
- **Nounscraft Goes to Campus**
- **Student Craft Contest & Exhibition**
- Canceling and scaling back activities
- Canceling **DIY Kits Contest, Kids Road Trip**, **Kids Exhibition**
- Reducing **The Number of Teams**
- Recalculate **the budget for all details**
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEr0kA36sGo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEr0kA36sGo)

## TL;DR
- Nounscraft has successfully **reached over 500+ kids, sold 250 DIY kits, and held 16 weekly activations so far**.
- Continuing Nounscraft's presence at [Car Free Day at Maros](https://maps.app.goo.gl/jFcZnM4sdHa1Ejh87) **every Sunday** for at least the next **6 months**.

- Nounscraft is here to provide **fun education** to **students** and **non-web3 users**.
- Goal: Build a **self-sustaining** Nounish ecosystem through **weekly events** and **product sales** and introduce nouns to **Indonesian youth & students**.
# WTF Nounscraft?

Nounscraft is a **mini gallery** featuring creative DIY activities, art exhibitions, mini games, a space to promote the Nouns brand, and also serves as a meeting place to discuss the Nouns DAO. Mounted on a three-wheeled vehicle, Nounscraft can travel on roads and stop to set up a booth anywhere. Our customized tuk-tuk with vibrant **Nouns-themed art** and **pop-up booth** turns heads and draws curious visitors everywhere it goes.
Over the past six months, we have successfully provided education at **three schools and foundations**, made regular weekly appearances for **16 times**, **4 schools and orphanages**, and over **500 children** have been delighted by Nounscraft’s arrival. Visitors can paint piggy banks and tote bags—simple, joyful DIY activities that turn into lasting memories.
# What we've done

- ## We Turn a Tuk-tuk into Mini-Gallery
We built the first NFT gallery on a tuk-tuk, making Nounscraft a unique icon that brings Nouns closer to non-web3 users and amazes everyone who sees it.

- ## We make DIY Kits
We created a DIY kit with a piggy bank, brushes, a palette, and stickers, which **sold out all 250 units**, attracted ongoing orders, and successfully spread to the Nouns community in Indonesia.

- ## We hold a Weekly Exhibition
Our weekly exhibitions have promoted Nouns and attracted enthusiasts, leading us to secure a booth at Car Free Day in [Hasanuddin Air Base](https://maps.app.goo.gl/jFcZnM4sdHa1Ejh87), Maros to spread Nounscraft further.

- ## We go to the school and orphanages
In line with Nouns' vision to become a “public good,” we focus on spreading it in schools and foundations. In carrying out this mission, we have visited two schools and two foundations to spread happiness to the children.
1. [Panti Asuhan Al-Qadri](https://maps.app.goo.gl/bPHPQEChTcaK2X4Y8), March 9, 2025
2. [TK Negeri 13 Pembina](https://maps.app.goo.gl/crGMg8HgHrHsw4mVA), May 24, 2025
3. [Bunayya Islamic School Qur'an and Montessori](https://maps.app.goo.gl/w3VKseCDpNq7M42q6), July 19, 2025
4. [Yayasan Amal Islam Kariango](https://maps.app.goo.gl/HqwLMtPojzycXKpe8), August 4, 2025
Next, we plan to visit several schools, namely: [TK Angkasa 3](https://maps.app.goo.gl/DNaFRX6qwTij2wRg9), [TKIT Mufti Al Maraghi](https://maps.app.goo.gl/tfMz9BPxcyR1kPG57), [TK Luqman Hakim](https://maps.app.goo.gl/6eNQbqjqHrvKtxuu6), and many more.

- ## We collaborate with other brands
We have collaborated with brands like [mETH](https://x.com/mETHProtocol) and [Polkadot](https://x.com/Polkadot) by creating DIY tote bags and special booths, showcasing their designs weekly to both promote the brands and boost Nounscraft’s income. *This collaboration is still in the pilot project phase, so we have not yet received any funding from it.* Next, we plan to collaborate with **Base Indonesia**, **Tokocrypto**, and **Polkadot Indonesia**.

- ## We are conducting research on new DIY products.
To diversify Nounscraft’s offerings, which have gained strong interest during three weeks of testing. We introduced new DIY products like:
- totebags
- hats
- slingbag
- paint by number canvases
- keychains
- plant vases

- ## What do people say about Nounscraft?
1. “*We are very happy to have Nounscraft here. The children are so enthusiastic about coloring that they even color their clothes*”, **Andi Bunayya, Founder of Bunayya Islamic School and Montessori**.
2. *"The first time I saw Nounscraft, I was immediately interested and asked my mom to buy me one. Not only is it beautiful, but I can also freely color this piggy bank*," **Bagas, 12 years old**.
3. “*As a parent, this is a great medium for honing children's creativity. During CFD, I can run around freely because my child is busy coloring here*”, **Ahmad Habibi, Ammar's father, 49 years old**.
# Whats Next?

- ## Kids Activation
- **Weekly Exhibition** Building on our previous proposal, we will continue hosting impactful weekly Nounscraft exhibitions **every Sunday** at CFD [Lanud Hasanuddin](https://maps.app.goo.gl/jFcZnM4sdHa1Ejh87), Maros, with **mini gallery artworks** refreshed **every 3 months** featuring creations from Nouns artists.
- **Monthly School Visit** Through Nounscraft, we bring Nouns to schools and orphanages **each month** to promote sustainable development, saving, recycling, and creativity while showcasing Nounish artworks and physical works by Nouns artists.
- **Bi-monthly Art Contest** We will host **bi-monthly** art competitions on tote bags, piggy banks, canvases, and sketchbooks, providing a platform for children to showcase their talents and creativity.

- ## Students and Web3 Brand Collaboration
- **Expanding Creative Brand Collaborations** Nounscraft sees DIY kits as a powerful medium for brand partnerships, proven through collaborations with Polkadot and mETH. We plan to expand our lineup—from tote bags to bucket hats, paint-by-number sets, and trendy kites—while joining brand meetups like **Base**, **Polkadot**, and **Tokocrypto** to bring creativity and meaningful engagement to every collaboration.
- **Nounscraft Goes to Campus** Since Nounsweek, we’ve built strong ties with universities and students. Through the Tuk-tuk Nounscraft, we’ll introduce Web3, DAO, and Nouns via interactive coloring sessions at ***[Hasanuddin University](https://unhas.ac.id/)***,***[ Makassar State University](https://unm.ac.id/)***, and ***[Bosowa University](https://unibos.ac.id/)***—held **every two months** to keep creativity and collaboration alive on campus.
- **Students Craft Contest & Exhibition** Through the Nounscraft Craft Contest, we combine art, education, and exhibition to introduce Nouns to students across Indonesia. The best creations—made on canvases, piggy banks, or tote bags—will be exhibition on the Nounscraft Tuk-tuk, celebrating creativity and Web3 collaboration. The contest **runs every six months** to spark young creative minds.

- ## Sustainability Plan
Nounscraft ensures **long-term growth through community**-**driven creativity**. By involving participants as co-creators—**designing DIY kits**, **joining art contests**, and showcasing their work—Nounscraft builds a strong sense of ownership that **naturally drives engagement** and **organic sales**.
Through consistent public visibility at **weekly exhibitions** and **community activities**, Nounscraft transforms creative participation into recurring revenue. **Within six months**, this approach enables a **full transition** from **funding-based operations** to a **self-sustaining business model**.

Thank you for your suggestions and input. I will add a timeline, deliverables, and success criteria (KPIs). Regarding the budget details, I feel that what we have written in this proposal is already very detailed.

>
> I lean toward abstain (no signal).

> Too little information to confidently support/reject. The proposal aligns with Nouns ethos and shows some responsibility (ask reduced), but the lack of concrete deliverables, metrics, execution detail means we’re effectively voting on vibes 😅

> I support the team's efforts and wish them the best, but even if we trust that all promises will be delivered, it's not clear to me what benefits Moosh could have for Nouns that aren't already available from other established peer-to-peer networks and cloud marketplaces. For $60k, would expect this to more clear.
>
> Also concerns me that Nouns would be a primary funder of a high-risk early stage project that will require significant capital. If Nouns were to receive meaningful upside in Moosh's potential future success, that would mitigate this concern, but even then I am not sure we're the best fit to be a 'lead investor.' To nekofar's point, would need to see the team secure more funding (or traction) beyond Nouns to have confidence that the network will be sustainable and people will be sufficiently incentivized to buy and run the hardware long term.
>
> +1
>
> > Just trying to understand better, what problem in Nouns DAO are you guys actually trying to solve with this? From what I read, it sounds like Moosh is getting its infra tested while Nouns gets a decentralized hosting setup, but the main issue we’ve faced with frontends isn’t really AWS going down. The problem has always been that when funding stops, the infrastructure behind those sites goes dark.
> >
> > A Nouns frontend doesn’t just run on a web server. It depends on a bunch of external services like RPC endpoints to read and write to the blockchain, subgraphs to fetch indexed proposal and auction data, APIs for Farcaster or Discord integration, and sometimes even image or metadata hosting. Each of these services has its own cost, and when the DAO stops paying the bills or the developer maintaining it disappears, everything breaks. That’s why we’ve seen frontends vanish overnight before, not because AWS failed, but because the payments or maintenance stopped.
> >
> > So I’m wondering, how does Moosh actually solve that? Does it decentralize the full stack, including RPCs and subgraphs, or only handle the hosting layer? Because even if we self-host the frontend, it still relies on paid endpoints for data. If those go unpaid, we end up in the same situation again.
> >
> > Basically, if the goal is to make Nouns infra censorship resistant, that’s great, but it also needs to be financially sustainable. Otherwise, decentralizing the hosting is like putting a backup generator in a house that still depends on someone else’s water and gas lines, it might keep the lights on, but the rest still shuts down when the bills aren’t paid.
+1
> I appreciate what the Moosh team is building, but I think the ask is too big. I think the Nouns DAO could support Moosh Network with a smaller grant - not for the purpose of running Nouns apps on Moosh, but rather to support an open-source public goods project, which is in line with the decentralized and permissionless ethos. For bigger funding, I think Moosh should turn to larger organizations, for example Octant and EF.
+1
> I'd prefer it was a more recent Noun requested. Would also be nice if the artwork was a Noun, but I guess Noggles are Noggles?
>
> Commitment is, however, apparent and I feel it'd be Nounish to see a great Noun in the hands of a good custodian.
